The Business Bestie Retreat will give you the tools to revitalize your mindset, resources for those pain points, receive support in a sisterhood setting, and connect you with other women who understand the entrepreneurial journey.  Our mission with this four-day retreat is to help streamline and simplify your processes with valuable resources and tools, set SMART goals with achievable milestones, and connect you with some dope women. This retreat will inspire and motivate you to relax, reflect, reboot, and refocus.

Cancellation policy:

All deposits are non-refundable and non transferable after 48hrs if you decide to cancel. Cancellations and refund requests must be in writing  and cannot be made verbally.  Cancellation  must be received in writing by Clutch'd before the final payment due date of your trip, the non-refundable deposit will be retained. 

It is CLUTCH’D PASSPORTS’s recommendation each Traveler purchase a travel insurance policy within fourteen (14) days of booking their Scheduled Trip. The recommended insurance policy would include a minimum of $100,000 of coverage and cover emergency transportation/evacuation and Cancel for Any Reason (CFAR) at minimum.

Terms & Conditions:

• All your payments to Clutch'd Passport are non-refundable and non-transferable after 48hrs.
• Reservation must be made in your full name as it appears on your passport and/or government issued ID. 
• Prices are subject to change without notice until a deposit has been made.
• Itineraries are subject to change to accommodate scheduling, weather, safety of harmony of travelers. Clutch'd Passports assumes no liability with changes to the itinerary by all third parties.
• Monthly payments are required to keep your reservation current. 
• You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments. 
• Rooms with more than one guest will be responsible for any price difference if any party in the room cancels and is not replaced with a new roommate. 
• Name changes are allowed and will be assessed a $50 name change fee up until final payment with management approval.
• Late payment of $150 per person is required after final payment date with management approval. 
• All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline.
• Roommate Payments -roommates must complete separate registration form and submit their deposit within 24 hours of one another in order to secure a reservation if they intend on paying separately. 
• Hotels have the right to either forfeit or charge an additional fee at the current rate for reservations that do not state the correct occupancy upon arrival.
