My name is Lakisha Young and I am a Romance Concierge & Destination Wedding Specialist with Pazaz Romance and Pazaz Vacations. Teresa and Brian have entrusted me to take care of all the travel arrangements for their special guests—like you! It’s my pleasure to assist in making sure you have everything you need to be part of this beautiful celebration.

Important: As a Certified Sandals Specialist, Our Romance Concierge team has secured an exclusive group code for Teresa & Brian’s wedding guest. To attend the wedding and take part in all the festivities, it is essential that you book through this special group page. This ensures that you will be officially counted as a wedding guest.
All attendees are required to book a minimum of 3 nights through the group, with the option to extend your stay up to 7 nights, from May 29th, 2025, to June 5th, 2025. You’ll find the booking form at the bottom of this page with 3 minimum nights included in quote.

Each of these stunning Butler Suites are located on the ground floors of the beautiful Starlight buildings. - A valid passport book is required for everyone. The names on the booking must be as they appear in the passport. Passports should be active thru at least November 1st, 2025. Let us know if you need assistance applying for a passport

While we can offer competitive prices, we also offer personalized service. Anytime you have a question or concern, you will be able to contact us directly and will not have to go through a call center and speak with a different person each time.
Instead of reaching a call center, you will reach one of our in-house travel agents, who will do what they can to resolve your problem.
Most importaly, our strong relationship with the resort helps to ensure that members of the Worthy-Johnson wedding party that is booked through us will not be walked and placed in another resort due to overbooking.

Itinerary
We kindly ask that you arrive at the resort no later than Thursday, May 29th, 2025 to take full advantage of the weekend's festivities.
Payment Plan
*Final balance is due by March 15th 2025.*
You don't have to pay all at once!
Book early and take advantage of the Easy Monthly Payment Plan. It is interest-free! All you have to do is submit your secured payment form online. It will give Pazaz Romance, LLC (or our affiliates) permission to debit your Debit OR Credit Card for any amount you choose, and how often you choose.
Payment Schedule:
A minimum non-refundable deposit of $200 per person is due no later than December 1, 2024, in order to secure your room and roundtrip airport transportation.
You have the option to hold a room with as little as $98 for 3 weeks ($49 per person) $302 will be due within 3 weeks from time deposits is made and applied. Sandals will auto charge the credit card for the remaining deposit amount of $302.
Rates are subject to availability and current rates at time of booking. Rates will be communicated to you prior to processing your booking.
Please allow 24-48 hours for your card to be processed for your authorized payment.
Optional Travel Protection

Purchase our comprehensive travel protection plan for only $124 per adult If you are purchasing air with us, our travel protection plan is only $105 per adult (from January 1 – December 31)
This Plan Cost includes the plan premium and a fee for non- insurance assistance services.
This highly recommended plan protects against cancellation penalties if the trip is cancelled for any reason prior to departure. Plus, it also covers trip interruption, baggage, medical expenses and other problems that may occur after departure. Trip insurance is offered by a third party but can be purchased online on the last step of the booking engine. Price will be added to the total vacation price.
The travel protection plan payment is required in full and once paid, the plan is non-refundable. The coverage amount applies to all guests traveling.
Change For Any Reason: Cancel resort stay and use travel certificate for later travel.
Cancel For Covered Reason: 100% refund on your flights and on unused portion of your resort stay.
You Also Get Protection For: 100% refund on tours, $50,000 Emergency Evacuation, $25,000 Medical Protection, and $2,500 Baggage Protection.

Note of Importance
Rates are subject to change and based upon availability, and selected dates. Rooms are reserved at current rate at time of booking, on a first-come, first served basis. The sooner you reserve with your deposit, the better.
The rate is an ALL-INCLUSIVE room rate and includes roundtrip airport transfer.
If you book at a different hotel/resort, you will not be able to partake in activities leading up to the wedding and/or wedding ceremony without incurring additional fees for full day passes starting from $340- per day/per person.
Lastly, when booking your reservation please ensure to fill out the Credit Card Authorization form, it is the last step of the reservation process. Please be aware that Sandals (Unique Travel) will charge the card on file for the remaining balance on the due date. Our team will send out reminders prior to final payment date.
To reserve your room and apply your deposit, please which room you would like to relax in for your tropical escape. You will receive a reservation confirmation and invoice within 48 hours.
We are confident in our pricing but if you were to find a cheaper "deal" outside of Pazaz Romance, LLC please allow us an opportunity to price match. We would like to do our best to keep family and friends consolidated at the resort for accountability.
Cancellation policy:
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our guests whenever possible. Please review our cancellation policy below:
The minimum cancellation and/or revision charges ("Penalty Period") are as follows
- If notice is received 45 to 31 days prior to Arrival, 50% of the purchase price, including any applicable airline fees.
- If notice is received 30 to 0 days prior to Arrival, 100% of the purchase price, including any applicable airline fees.
Insurance premiums are non-refundable.
- Changes to Your Booking: Any changes to your booking, including modifications to dates or package options, are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
-No Shows: No shows will result in 100% penalty per person and are non-refundable.
If you need to cancel or modify your booking, please contact our concierge team as soon as possible to discuss your options.
