Passport and Birth Certificate Guidelines
When preparing for your Royal Caribbean Cruise, it's essential to have the right documentation in hand. For U.S. citizens embarking from a U.S. port, Royal Caribbean mandates the following documentation:
U.S. Passport: Ensure your U.S. passport is valid for at least six months beyond your cruise's departure date. This is the preferred and most hassle-free option.
Official U.S. State-Issued Birth Certificate: If you don't have a passport, you can alternatively use an official U.S. state-issued birth certificate. Please note that hospital birth certificates (often referred to as "baby feet birth certificates") and photocopies or images are not accepted.
In addition to your birth certificate, you'll need to present:
If you're traveling with a U.S. citizen under the age of 16, they may present one of the following documents:
Your journey begins with the right documentation, so be sure to prepare accordingly for your upcoming adventure!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION |
TRAVEL PROTECTION
Emergencies can happen when you least expect them. I highly recommend that all clients purchase a travel insurance policy to protect their investment in their travel. Cruise lines charge high penalties for cancellation, ranging from the full deposit to no refund at all. Remember, most health insurance policies will not cover you when you are out of the country. Please also note that for you to obtain coverage for certain pre-existing conditions, your policy must be purchased at the time of book or shortly thereafter (depending on the terms of the policy).
Royal Caribbean offers a travel protection policy that you can add to your order during checkout. Payment must be paid in full. To learn more about their coverage, visit their website > Royal Caribbean Travel Protection Program
Please understand that we are not registered insurance agents and cannot legally provide specific advice or information regarding insurance. We will gladly secure a quote for you upon request.
PRICE AND DEPOSIT
Prices and deposits are based on double occupancy.
If you’re sharing a room and paying separately for your portion of the cabin, please note that if your roommate is not able to make the cruise, you’ll be responsible for the full amount of the stateroom price. Sometimes, a replacement passenger can be added and if so, there may be a fee for the name change.
INFORMATION NEEDED TO BOOK
When selecting your cabin, you will need the information for both travelers in the room.
It is important that you use your legal name as it would appear on your passport, birth certificate, marriage certificate and valid government-issued ID when creating your reservation. Any error will result in an extra charge to make corrections.
If you have the information ready for the two passengers, you may choose one of the following staterooms to get your cabin booked.
