DAY 1: Thursday, June 25 – Welcome to Paradise!

✈️ Arrival at Liberia International Airport (LIR)
Guests will be greeted and transported to Planet Hollywood Costa Rica.

🏨 Check-in and settle into your suite—time to unwind!

🍹 8:00 PM – Meet & Greet Cocktail Reception
Join us for welcome drinks and good vibes as we kick off our Costa Rican adventure together.

DAY 2: Friday, June 26 – Relaxation or Adventure

Enjoy all that Planet Hollywood has to offer—lounge by the pool, indulge in the spa, or sip a cocktail with a view.

DAY 3: Saturday, June 27 – Blue Pool Party Vibes

Visit stunning beaches (some with hidden caves!) by jet ski and explore Costa Rica's lush backcountry on ATV.

DAY 4: Sunday, June 28 – Farewell for Now

    • Round-trip airfare is not included, but we’re happy to assist with booking your flights upon request.

    • Excursions and tours not listed in the official itinerary are not included — however, we can assist with arranging these for you.

    • Gratuities for drivers and any personal purchases are not included.

    • All deposits are non-refundable.

    • If travel protection is added and you choose to cancel, a $200 per person cancellation fee from Authentic Travel Connections will still apply.

    • Reservations must be made in your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued passport.

    • Monthly payments are required to keep your reservation current and avoid cancellation.

    • If traveling with a roommate, please ensure they are also making timely payments.

    • A valid passport is required for travel to Costa Rica — please ensure your passport is not set to expire within 6 months of your return date.

If you're traveling to Costa Rica, please take a moment to review the essential travel requirements to ensure a smooth and stress-free trip.

✅ Required Travel Documents:

Valid U.S. Passport
A valid passport is required for all U.S. citizens traveling to Costa Rica. Your passport must be valid for at least 1 day beyond your expected departure from Costa Rica. However, it is strongly recommended that your passport be valid for at least 6 months to avoid any unforeseen issues with immigration or airlines.

Return or Onward Ticket
Costa Rican immigration may request proof of your return or onward travel at the time of entry. Be prepared to show your return flight confirmation or travel itinerary.

  • Once your final payment has been received, your travel documents, itinerary, and detailed travel instructions will be emailed to you approximately 30 days prior to departure.

📌 Cancellation Policy

All deposits are non-refundable, and monthly payments are non-refundable and non-transferable unless travel protection insurance is purchased. Please note that credits for future bookings will not be issued in the event of cancellation without coverage.

Each reservation requires an initial deposit. The deposit amount, monthly payment plan, and terms will be clearly outlined and communicated during the booking process.

We strongly encourage all travelers to protect their investment with travel insurance. Travel protection helps safeguard against unexpected circumstances such as trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, or delays.
