Group Trip Notes:
- Space is limited to first 20 people or 10 cabins to deposit. Additional can be added - if available.
- You are responsible for finding your own roommate and to ensure that all payments are made and on time.

- Please reserve your cabin with roommate as soon as possible to secure your space on the cruise.

Important Travel Information:
- A valid passport is recommended for this trip. Expiration 6 months after your travel start day.
- When making your reservation you can pay in full or select the deposit with the 4 payments plan. If you select the payment plan, you will be sent a reminder email of the due date and amount due - NO EXCEPTIONS.

Begin looking for flights to Honolulu, HNL 9 months prior to travel (around December 2019).
- We highly recommend that your flight arrives in Honolulu, HNL no later than 12 noon and you arrive at the cruise port no later than 3 pm.
- For your return to the mainland, plan your flight for 12 noon or later.
- Once you are paid in full, detailed itinerary, travel instructions and all documents will be sent to you. These will be sent via email/electronic mail.

- Your name as it appears on your passport or government issued ID MUST be used for all reservations and communications. Changes or corrections will incur a change fee.
- For US citizens ONLY, a valid passport is preferred but not required for travel to Hawai'i. You can cruise with a "CERTIFIED" birth certificate and government ID.
- For ALL others, a valid passport and US visa is REQUIRED for entry to Hawai'i.
- It is YOUR responsibility to ensure that your roommate, if applicable, is making the payments and on time.
