I understand that Destination & Travel Junkies acts solely as a travel advisor and not as the tour operator, airline, hotel, or other supplier. All travel services are provided by third-party suppliers, and the supplier’s terms, conditions, and policies shall supersede those of Destination & Travel Junkies.
Payments Methods
Deposits and Payment Plans:
A deposit is required to secure participation in this travel package. Deposits and all subsequent installment payments are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated by the supplier.
Payment Methods:
Payments may be made by credit card or bank transfer (ACH). Bank transfer payments are subject to processing and clearing times. Each payment, including the initial deposit and any installment or final payments, must successfully clear before travel services associated with that payment are confirmed or ticketed.
Failure to submit payments by the scheduled due dates, or failure of payments to clear, may result in booking delays, supplier penalties, or cancellation in accordance with supplier policies. Destination & Travel Junkies is not responsible for price changes or penalties resulting from delayed or unsuccessful payments.
Payments, Deposits & Cancellations
I understand and agree that all deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless otherwise stated by the supplier. Destination & Travel Junkies charges a $50 per person cancellation fee, in addition to any supplier-imposed penalties.
I acknowledge that I have been offered the option to purchase travel insurance and understand that travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
Payment Authorization
I certify that I am the authorized cardholder or authorized user of the credit or debit card used for this transaction and that I authorize Destination & Travel Junkies to process payment on my behalf for the services listed on this invoice.
I understand that payments may be processed directly by the supplier (such as Funjet Vacations or a comparable tour operator). Destination & Travel Junkies does not store or retain credit card information.
I agree not to dispute or initiate a chargeback for authorized transactions that align with the terms outlined in this agreement and on the invoice.
Optional Add-Ons & Third-Party Services
Certain optional experiences and add-ons, including but not limited to photography experiences and excursions, are not included in the travel package unless explicitly stated.
Some optional experiences and excursions may be booked through third-party providers or marketplaces. These experiences may be booked and paid for directly by the traveler. Pricing, availability, inclusions, scheduling, cancellation policies, and services rendered are the sole responsibility of the third-party provider. Destination & Travel Junkies does not operate, control, or guarantee services provided by third-party vendors and is not responsible for changes, cancellations, refunds, or the quality of services rendered.
