I authorize Travels by Likisha to charge the credit card or bank account indicated on this invoice for the noted amount on today's date. This payment is for the services described on the invoice. I understand that returns, refunds, and cancellations are at the discretion of Travels by Likisha. I certify that I am an authorized user of this credit card and that I will not dispute the payment with my credit card company, so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated on this invoice. I understand that this is/was a Contracted Group Booking and all payments are Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable after payment is made to the Travels by Likisha, LLC/Booking Supplier/Hotel. Please review our booking and cancellation policy and our terms and conditions of your reservation.
I certify that I was the authorized user of the credit card used to book the trip and that I will not dispute the payment made with a authorized credit card in my possession with my credit card company which may result in legal action against me; so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated on this invoice.
Cancellations & Refunds Request
All payments submitted and processed by Travels by Likisha is non-refundable and non-transferable. Travels by Likisha always highly suggest that all travelers purchase travel protection insurance to have peace of mind and protect the investment that you have authorized.
The purchase of Travel Protection Insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment just in case "what if " happens. It is better to have insurance and not need it, than to need it and not have it! Most companies offer “cancel for any reason” coverage at a very low cost,
Compare travel insurance companies. Please review the best plan for you. You can also "Google" "travel insurance companies", "travel insurance" or "travel protection" for additional options. Make sure you purchase a "Comprehensive Plan" if you would like to add your flight to your insurance later. If you have a pre-existing condition, many plans require purchase within 1-21 days of making the deposit. Also check if you have a "Cancel For Any Reason" policy which also requires purchase within 1-21 days. READ YOUR PLAN THOROUGHLY or CALL THE COMPANY IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS!
If travel protection has been purchased than there will be a $50.00 per person cancellation penalty assessed by Travels by Likisha if travel plans are canceled prior to the final payment date, and a $50.00 per person cancellation penalty assessed if I/we cancel our travel plans after the final payment date. It is also understood that travel arrangements will NOT be cancelled with the supplier until these fees have been paid in full.
