Booking Eligibility Notice
This hosted group experience is open to U.S. citizens and U.S. residents only. At this time, we are unable to accept bookings for travelers residing outside the United States, including Canada and other international locations.
All payments, contracts, and travel services for this journey must be processed through U.S.-based systems in US Dollars.

Pricing reflects our carefully negotiated planning rates with a trusted supplier partner. Once the journey reaches 10 confirmed travelers, we finalize the group contract to formally lock in accommodations, experiences, and inclusion.
Pricing is currently based on 10 participants. As additional women join the journey, the per-person cost will be reduced accordingly. The more the group grows, the more value we’re able to pass along—so feel free to invite friends to join this special experience.
Important Notes:
- This journey requires a minimum of 10 travelers and is limited to a maximum of 18 participants. In the event the group is canceled, your $50 reservation fee will be fully refunded to you.
- Passport required (must be valid for 6 months after return)
- ETIAS pre-travel authorization required. April will help you with this closer to the travel date.
- Travel protection/insurance is strongly encouraged—we’ll help guide you through your options
This journey requires a moderate level of activity.
Historic areas throughout Spain and Portugal often include cobblestone streets, uneven surfaces, steps, and occasional uphill walks to reach entrances or scenic viewpoints. Daily touring may involve extended walking and standing.
Some hotels and venues may have elevators, but availability and functionality cannot be guaranteed. Certain historic buildings may not offer elevator access at all.
Each traveler is responsible for ensuring she can comfortably participate in the itinerary as designed. If you have specific mobility concerns, we encourage you to contact us before booking to discuss whether this journey is the right fit.
- Once the final group is confirmed, a invoice will be sent to you for the 25% deposit due to secure your booking.

Cancellation Policy
The $50 reservation fee secures your space and is non-refundable should you decide not to continue with the booking at any point. In the event the journey does not proceed because the minimum of 10 travelers is not met, the $50 reservation fee will be refunded
This low upfront fee helps us plan confidently while keeping your financial commitment minimal until we’re ready to book.
