The current pricing is based on preliminary estimates from our trusted supplier. Once we reach the minimum of 15 travelers, we’ll secure a formal group contract that confirms rates, accommodations, tours, and inclusions.
Final pricing may be adjusted based on the total number of participants. The more women who join us, the lower the per-person cost—so invite your friends and let’s grow this amazing group together!
Important Notes:
- A minimum of 15 travelers is required to operate this journey. Group size is limited to 18 total. If we don’t reach the minimum, you’ll receive a refund of your $50 reservation fee.
- Passport required (must be valid for 6 months after return)
- ETIAS pre-travel authorization required. April will help you with this closer to the travel date.
- Travel protection/insurance is strongly encouraged—we’ll help guide you through your options
- Once the group is confirmed, a invoice will be sent to you for the $400 deposit to secure your booking.
- Final payment is due 85 days prior to departure. See special bonus information below

Cancellation Policy
The $50 reservation fee is non-refundable if you choose not to continue with booking once full trip details are released or prior to the trip details being released. However, if the group minimum of 15 travelers is not met and the trip does not proceed, you will receive a refund of $50.
This low upfront fee helps us plan confidently while keeping your financial commitment minimal until we’re ready to book.
