Flexible Payment Plan:

Travelers have the flexibility to make payments toward their balance at any time, in any amount, up until the final payment deadline. This allows you to manage your budget while securing your trip with ease.

Invoices:

Once the deposit has been received and the booking is confirmed, each adult traveler will be issued an individual invoice for the remaining payments. A personalized invoice link will be provided, and we recommend saving or bookmarking it on your phone for easy access throughout the payment process.

Please note that failure to submit payments by the final due date may result in cancellation of your reservation.

Additional Information:

• A valid passport is required for international travel.
• Some destinations require passports to have at least six months of validity beyond your travel dates. Please check to determine if this applies to you. (Feel free to reach out—I’d be happy to assist with this!)
• Flights are not included in this package. Please book your flights to and from V.C. Bird International Airport (ANU) on your scheduled travel dates, ensuring they align with the property's check-in and check-out times.
• Please take the time to learn about all the requirements well in advance and prior to departure for visiting your destination to understand how this will affect your vacation experience. Government requirements can be viewed on https://visitantiguabarbuda.com/travel-advisory/
• Certain destinations may require a visa. Please check to determine if a visa is needed for your trip.
• Please Note: A standard convenience fee is applied to all payments to cover secure processing through our payment system. This fee ensures timely, protected transactions and helps us maintain a seamless booking experience.

Cancellation Policy

All payments made to Blooming Voyage are nonrefundable and nontransferable.

To protect your investment, we strongly recommend purchasing travel protection through our trusted partner, Faye Insurance, or an independent provider of your choice. Without travel protection, you assume full risk for any cancellations or unexpected disruptions.

Travel Protection with Faye Insurance

For added peace of mind, we recommend purchasing travel protection through our trusted partner, Faye Insurance. Please note that to qualify for coverage through Faye, the total cost of your trip must be a minimum of $1,000.

If you are a solo traveler and your trip does not meet this minimum, you have the following options:

• Invite a second traveler to meet the eligibility requirement.
• Purchase travel protection independently.
• Opt out of travel protection at your own discretion, understanding that all payments remain nonrefundable and nontransferable.

Denial of Entry

Certain countries may deny entry to travelers with even a minor criminal record. If you are not a U.S. citizen, entry back into the U.S. may be denied. Please check with the U.S. Embassy and the embassy or consulate of the country being visited to ensure you can travel as planned. Blooming Voyage does not accept responsibility if you are denied entry, and cancellation penalties apply.

Unaccompanied Minors

We cannot accept unaccompanied minors under 18 for any travel.

Flight, Airport & Check-in

All flight times are subject to change without notice. We strongly suggest that you reconfirm exact flight times with the carrier 24 hours prior to departure and again before departing for the airport.

If you do not check in at the airport or gate at the required time, or do not possess proper documentation (such as a valid passport), you will be denied boarding and will not be eligible for a refund. Additionally, if you fail to check in for your flight without prior cancellation, you are considered a no-show and will not be eligible for a refund.
