IDS Design Immersion Trip - Paris 2027
IDS and Full Circle Travel, LLC are once again partnering on a design focused trip to Paris for Maison et Objet and Design Week in January 2027!
Cancellation policy:
The deposit payment of $1,000 per person is non-refundable. Second Payment of 50% of the balance will be due on September 1, 2026, and will be non-refundable after that date. Final payment will be due October 30, 2026, and any cancelations after this date will incur a penalty of 100% of the trip cost.
We strongly recommend Travel Insurance which could protect you if you need to cancel for a covered reason. We are happy to send you a quote.
Helpful Information:
We have reserved rooms for single or double occupancy. If you are sharing a room, registration forms must be filled out for each guest, and if paying separately, each guest must also complete payment forms. If you are not sharing a room but have signed up for a double occupancy rate, the single supplement of $1,200 will be added to your final payment.
If there is someone who will be staying in your room but is not participating in any of the IDS activities, a surcharge of $330 will be added to your final payment.
All activities and meals noted in the itinerary are open only to guests who have paid for the full program.
If you are not a member of IDS, there will be a surcharge of $500 per person. If you would like to become a member of IDS, you can do so at this link: https://interiordesignsociety.org/join and avoid the supplement charge.
