Payment Schedule:
- Non-Refundable Deposit: Due at time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable and will be applied toward your total trip cost.
- 50% Payment Due: At least 50% of your trip cost must be paid by January 22, 2026.
- Final Balance Due: The remaining balance must be paid in full by May 22, 2026.
While you’re free to make payments on your own schedule, these key deadlines are mandatory. Failure to meet the payment schedule may result in your reservation being cancelled.

Cancellation policy:
- Cancellation within 180 days of travel will result in the loss of your initial deposit plus 20% of any payments made.
- Cancellation within 60 days of travel will result in the loss of your initial deposit plus 100% of any payments made.
Any changes or modifications including but not limited to name corrections, passenger details, occupancy changes, travel dates, or room category changes are subject to a $50.00 change fee and could result in a re-price situation at the current day’s rate. No refund or reduction will be made for any accommodations, meals, sightseeing tours, transportation, or any other services included in the vacation package not utilized for personal reasons.

You can cancel your vacation and receive a refund in the form of a future travel certificate. VPP must be added to your booking before final payment. Once purchased, your plan cost is non-refundable.
Cancellations:
You can cancel for any reason a minimum of 7 days prior to original scheduled departure date as indicated in your travel documents. When you purchase the VPP, all applicable cancellation charges will be refunded in the form of a future travel voucher, less the VPP plan cost as follows:
Hotel-only packages will receive a voucher for the cost of the package, less the VPP plan cost.
Voucher Information:
Vouchers are issued in the original names of the passengers on the booking at the time of cancellation.
The vouchers are non-transferable and name changes will not be accepted.
Passengers have one year from original date of travel to rebook and travel using their voucher toward another package to approved destination.
VPP can be repurchased when rebooking your vacation with the original VPP voucher.
Under no circumstances does the VPP allow for a full or partial cash refund, nor can it be extended.
Hotel deviations while in-destination will incur a $75 per person change fee.
