Itinerary:
- May 18, 2025 Wedding Day
Due Dates:
- February 21st, 2025 is the deadline to pay the $100 deposit to reserve your room at Majestic Costa Mujeres.
- March 7th, 2025 is the due date for your remaining room balance.
- March 20th, 2025 is the due date for your flight details.
Reminders:
- The wedding date is Sunday, May 18th, 2025. Please schedule your trip before and after that date.
- There is a 4 night minimum.
- To be considered a part of Shanell and SemaJ’s Wedding Group, you must book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). To participate in all of the wedding-related activities, you must stay at Majestic Elegance as part of the wedding group.
Cancellation policy:
If you cancel your reservation before March 7th, 2025 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $100 per person booking fee, already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. However, you can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date without a fee (maintaining the 3 night minimum).
If you cancel your reservation, no show or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation on or after March 7th, 2025, you are responsible for 100% of your room total. If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on the insurance providers terms.
Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.
Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres and has no governance of refund policies and other rules mandated by Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres.

For Shanell and SemaJ’s wedding, Round Trip Transportation (non-stop) can be purchased for $85usd round trip via Mayaland Transfers.
We !!highly!! Recommend that you select to include ground transportation when placing your room deposit so that you won’t forget about this later and possibly become stranded at the airport with only expensive taxi options. Ride-share services like Uber are not available in the Riviera Maya.
