1. How do I reserve my room?
Click on the booking link to reserve and make a payment for your room.
2. Is there a requirement for how many nights I need to book?
Resort guests are required to stay a minimum of three nights however, you can add additional nights if you choose.
3. Do I need to submit payment now?
Yes, a deposit is required to reserve your room. We reserved a block of rooms in the luxury category, but other categories are available, and prices are subject to change and will sell out until a deposit is made.
4. When do I need to pay my balance in full?
The outstanding balance is due in full BEFORE October 1, 2023. The rates listed have a special wedding discount already applied to the rates.
5. What is included in my payment?
Beaches Turks & Caicos is an All-Inclusive Resort. At Beaches Resorts, all food and drinks are included and unlimited--from premium spirits to top-rated Robert Mondavi Twin Oaks wines. All entertainment and non-motorized sports are also included. In addition, round- trip transportation to and from the airport to the resort is included.
6. Are flights included with my payment?
No, flights are not included with this package. Please feel free to book your flight on your own. If you need assistance, we would be happy to help you secure a flight to add to your reservation.
7. Can I find my room cheaper on another site?
Beaches prices are exclusive, and guests will not be able to find cheaper pricing elsewhere (i.e. Expedia, etc). Therefore, all wedding guests will be receiving the best value and pricing available for booking through our Travel Agency. The rates listed also have a special wedding discount already applied to the rates.
8. What if I need to cancel my trip?
It is highly recommended that you book travel insurance for any trip. For only $124 per adult, you can purchase the travel protection plan. This highly recommended plan protects against cancellation penalties if the trip is canceled for any reason prior to departure. Plus, it also covers trip interruption, baggage, medical expenses, and other problems that may occur after departure. Insurance must be added within 30 days of booking. The price will be added to the total vacation price.
The travel protection plan payment is required in full and once paid, the plan is non-refundable. The coverage amount applies to all guests traveling.
Change For Any Reason: Cancel resort stay and use travel certificate for later travel.
Cancel For Covered Reason: 100% refund on your flights (if you add it to your reservation only) and on the unused portion of your resort stay.
You Also Get Protection For a 100% refund on tours, $50,000 Emergency Evacuation, $25,000 Medical Protection, and $2,500 Baggage Protection.
In addition, if you decide to cancel your room after the following dates a penalty will be subtracted from your refund amount. The wedding is under a contract a discount has been applied to all the rooms, so the penalties are the terms that have been agreed upon.
Cancelations after the following dates:
June 1, 2023 - 10% Penalty will apply
August 1, 2023- 75% Penalty will apply
October 1, 2023- 100% of full room revenue required
9. Now that I've booked my room how do I make additional payments?
The wedding is part of a group discounted booking. Once you receive your payment receipt you can access your invoice directly from the link in the email at any time. Auto payment plans can also be set up as well. For the fastest response please send an email to info@1lifetolivetravels.com.
