Roommate Policy (For Double Occupancy Bookings):

• If you select a double occupancy option and do not already have a roommate, you will be paired with another traveler if possible. Roommate matching is not guaranteed. If a match cannot be made, or if your assigned roommate cancels, you will be responsible for covering the cost of a single occupancy room. We highly recommend having a confirmed roommate at the time of booking.

• All payments made toward the ThaiLaysia Temptation 2026 trip are non-refundable and non-transferable, including the $275 deposit (which covers your service fee and trip deposit). This is due to the contractual agreements and upfront commitments made with hotels, transportation providers, and vendors on your behalf.

  • Monthly payments are required to keep your booking active. These payments will be invoiced monthly and are subject to a 3.5% + $0.30 processing fee per transaction.
  • Missed payments may result in cancellation and forfeiture of all funds paid to date.
