Please read carefully before booking. By reserving your spot on the ThaiLaysia Temptation
2026 group trip, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
 
  1. Booking & Payments
    • A non-refundable deposit and service fee is required to secure your spot.
    • Full payment is due by Feb 9, 2026.
    • Monthly Payment Requirement: To maintain an active booking status, monthly payments are required.
    • If you are in a double occupancy room, it is your responsibility to ensure that your roommate is also making their monthly payments, as incomplete bookings may result in additional charges or room reassignment.
    • Failure to make a monthly payment may result in cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of all funds paid to date.
    • Late Payment Policy: A 5-day grace period is allowed for monthly payments. A late fee of $25 may be applied after this period. Repeated late or missed payments may result in removal from the trip without refund.

    • All payments are invoiced and subject to a 3.5% + $0.30 processing fee.

  3. What's Not Included
    • International airfare
    • Domestic flights within Asia
    • Optional excursions, meals not listed, personal purchases
    • Travel insurance (highly recommended)
    • Passport and visa fees (if applicable)
  4. Cancellations & Refunds
    • All payments, including the deposit and service fee, are non-refundable and non-transferable.
    • We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers trip cancellation,
      delays, and medical emergencies.
    • In the event the trip is canceled by the host due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be refunded all amounts except the deposit, service fee, and any non-recoverable fees paid to vendors.
  5. Room Assignments
    • If booking double occupancy, you may request a roommate or be paired with another guest if available.
    • If you request a roommate and a suitable match cannot be found, you agree to assume the cost of a single occupancy room at the listed rate. Roommate matching is not guaranteed and is based on availability and compatibility at the time of booking.
  6. Travel Requirements

    • A valid passport with at least 6 months of validity from the return date is required.

    • You are responsible for ensuring you meet all entry requirements for Thailand and Malaysia, including any necessary visas and health documentation.
    • No refunds will be given for issues related to passport, visa, or travel restrictions.
  7. Group Behavior & Conduct
    • This is a co-ed group trip. All travelers are expected to be respectful, responsible, and cooperative throughout the experience.
    • Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the group without refund.
    • The use or possession of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited. Any violation may result in immediate removal from the group without refund.
  8. Trip Modifications
    • The trip host reserves the right to modify the itinerary, accommodations, or excursions as needed due to availability, weather, safety, or other unforeseen circumstances.  If a certain participant threshold is not met, price may increase. 
    • Any significant changes will be communicated in advance when possible.
  9. Optional Add-Ons
    • Fees for optional services such as flight assistance, travel insurance, or excursions not listed as included must be paid in full prior to the trip. These fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  10. Photo & Media Release
    • By participating in this group trip, you grant permission for photos and videos taken during the experience to be used for promotional and marketing purposes by Hailey Ryans and A Journey With Purpose.
  11. Important Disclaimer
    • Hailey Ryans and A Journey With Purpose act solely as a group travel coordinator and intermediary between travelers and travel service providers, including but not limited to hotels, transportation services, and activity operators.
    • We are not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any such travel providers or for any personal injury, death, property damage, or other loss or expense resulting therefrom.
    • We do not own or operate any of the suppliers providing accommodations, excursions, or transportation.
  12.  Liability Waiver
    • By booking this trip, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with international travel, including but not limited to illness, injury, delay, or unforeseen changes.
    • You agree not to hold the host or its affiliates liable for any losses or damages.
  13.  Acknowledgment
    • By submitting your booking, service fee, and deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
    • You authorize Hailey Ryans (A Journey With Purpose LLC) to charge the credit card provided for all payments related to this booking, including deposits, final balances, and any additional approved charges.
    • You acknowledge that you have full knowledge of the stated cancellation and refund policies and that all payments are made voluntarily, are non-refundable and non-transferable once submitted, and that any eligible refund will be issued as a travel credit in accordance with supplier policies.
    • You understand and agree that all funds are submitted directly to third-party travel suppliers (such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators) on your behalf, and once payment has been remitted, those suppliers’ policies—including cancellation, refund, and change terms—will apply. A Journey With Purpose LLC acts solely as an intermediary between clients and travel suppliers and is not responsible for supplier decisions, delays, or denials related to refunds or credits.
    • A portion of each booking may include a non-refundable service or planning fee retained by A Journey With Purpose LLC for administrative time, research, and coordination. This fee is separate from supplier payments and is not refundable under any circumstance.
    • You agree not to file or pursue any chargeback or payment dispute against A Journey With Purpose LLC or Hailey Ryans with your credit-card company, bank, or payment platform for transactions made under this agreement.
    • Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting the host or travel advisor to resolve the issue is considered a violation of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate removal from the trip and forfeiture of all funds.
    • Initiating a chargeback does not expedite or increase eligibility for reimbursement. All funds are remitted directly to travel suppliers upon payment, and disputes delay the resolution process while also incurring additional administrative and processing fees to the agency.
