✈ Flight Guidance

This is a Land Only package. Guests are responsible for booking their own flights into Princess Juliana International Airport, St. Maarten (SXM). Flights should arrive no later than 2:00 PM on February 11, 2027 to allow time for transfers and resort check-in. Departure flights should be scheduled for February 16, 2027.

📋 Passport Requirements

A valid passport is required for international travel. Your passport must not expire before August 16, 2027 — six months beyond the travel dates. Reservations must be made in your full legal name exactly as it appears on your passport.

💳 Payment

A deposit of $99 secures your reservation. Monthly payments are required to keep your reservation active. Your invoice will clearly outline your payment plan and due dates. Final payment due date will be confirmed at booking.

👯‍♀️ Roommate Matching

Traveling solo? No problem. Roommate matching is available. Simply indicate "Roommate Requested" on your reservation form. Matching begins approximately 60 days before departure after 75% of your balance has been paid.

📝 Name Changes

A $150 name change fee applies, plus any applicable vendor fees.

💰 Cancellation Policy

All payments made to SC Luxe Travels are non-refundable and non-transferable. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.
