Destinations by Nea – Terms & Conditions

By booking with Destinations by Nea, you agree to the following:

  • All deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable unless stated otherwise in writing.

  • Prices are subject to change until a deposit is made. Availability is not guaranteed without payment.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate traveler information, including legal names matching your government-issued ID.

  • You are responsible for understanding all trip details before submitting payment.

  • Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unexpected cancellations, delays, or emergencies.

  • Final payment deadlines must be met to avoid cancellation and loss of funds.

  • Destinations by Nea acts as a travel planning intermediary and is not liable for the actions, errors, or service failures of third-party suppliers (such as cruise lines, airlines, hotels, or transportation services).

  • Roommate arrangements are the responsibility of the traveler. If a roommate cancels or fails to pay, you may be responsible for the full occupancy rate.

  • Chargebacks are not permitted in place of a formal cancellation. Disputing charges without contacting Destinations by Nea first may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of all payments.

  • Photos and videos taken by Destinations by Nea during the trip or related events may be used for marketing and promotional purposes. By booking, you consent to this use unless you opt out in writing before travel.

Cancellation policy:

By making reservations for our packages, you agree to our Terms and Conditions.

1.**Non-Refundable Payments**: All payments to Destinations by Nea Travel Agency are non-refundable and non-transferable. This policy is due to contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, and other vendors that prevent us from obtaining refunds. This allows us to keep package prices low and offer monthly payment plans.

2.**Reservations**: Reservations must be made in your full name as it appears on your driver's license or ID. The name on your invoice must match your driver's license or ID. 

3.**Price Changes**: Prices are subject to change without notice. Reserve today to lock in the current price.

4.**Monthly Payments**: Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. Your invoice will outline your payment plan. We suggest adding this payment plan to your personal calendar.

5.**Roommates**: If applicable, ensure your roommate is also making timely monthly payments.

6.**Name Changes**: Name changes are allowed with a $50 fee up until the final payment date, and $75 after the final payment date, plus any vendor fees.

7.**Late Payments**: A late payment fee of $50 per person is required after the final due date listed on your payment plan. Late payment fees are automatically added to your reservations the day after the final due date. All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline. 

Please note that your statement may include charges from multiple vendors, including the hotel/resort, airlines, other vendors, and my travel business (Destinations by Nea Travel Agency).
