Travel Services Acknowledgment

*I understand that Saltwater and Champagne Travel acts solely as a booking agent and is not the provider of the travel services I am purchasing. Instead, HB Travels coordinates services through third-party suppliers such as airlines, cruise lines, hotels, and tour operators.

 I acknowledge that:

*The listed suppliers in my documents are solely responsible for delivering the services purchased.

*Saltwater and Champagne Travel, Archer Travel, and their representatives are not liable for supplier defaults, delays, cancellations, legal noncompliance, or negligent acts.

*Any disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire. Liability, if any, shall not exceed the fees earned by Saltwater and Champagne Travel in the original transaction.

*Any losses, injuries, or claims arising from situations beyond Saltwater and Champagne Travel's control are not the responsibility of the agency.

Payment Terms and Service Fees

*All reservations are subject to the cancellation and refund policies of Saltwater and Champagne Travel, its partners, and the respective travel suppliers.

*I agree to review and accept the terms provided in my proposal, invoice, and other booking communications.

*I understand that non-refundable portions of my trip will not be reimbursed unless covered under a valid travel insurance policy.

*I will review all correspondence from Saltwater and Champagne Travel carefully and comply with noted terms, deadlines, and restrictions.

*In the event I cancel my trip, I understand Saltwater and Champagne Travel reserves the right to apply a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the total trip cost or $100—whichever is greater. I authorize this fee and understand it covers administrative and supplier-related costs. This fee applies regardless of the reason for cancellation.
