Sample Itinerary:
- Day 1 (Port Canaveral): Arrive and start with a half-day tour of the ship and get your bearings . . . along with a fruity beverage, or two. 🍹
- Day 2 (Day At Sea): Enjoy and explore the ship - especially the Sea Day Brunch. Yum! 😋
- Day 3 (Nassau): Explore the port/city, have lunch or shop for local fare. But be sure to get back to the ship on time!
- Day 4 (Celebration Key): Enjoy this private getaway on Grand Bahama Island. There's so much to see and do for all ages (including an Adults Only area).
- Day 5 (Port Canaveral): Return to port and prepare to go home. 😩
Payment Options:
The beginning minimum deposit is to show your interest and hold your spot. This does NOT berth (book) your cabin. The initial deposit of $50.00 is non-refundable. After November 29, 2025, the deposit is $150.00, and includes the admin fee of $50.00, which is non-refundable.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Full deposit amount is shown on each selection/category - see further detail there.
- Full deposit will allow you to select/berth your cabin. We always look for the best mid-ship option first, unless otherwise specified in your request.
- If double occupancy or more, all parties' names and corresponding information is needed at the time of full deposit to berth the cabin (names, birthdates, etc.).
- If a special needs cabin or a cabin occupancy of more than what the category allows is needed, please contact Cherie for assistance.
The booking link allows you to set up auto pay, and the balance will be evenly split over the frequency chosen. This is based on the final payment date.
The convenience fee is prorated over the same period. So if the total fee is 100.00, a small portion is allocated to each autopay amount.
Additional payments can also be paid using the invoice link. If additional payments are made outside of the autopay amount, the system will recalculate the payments based on the new balance.
If you'd like to cancel autopay, the system will send an email to remind you that your payment is due a week before the date you set to be notified or the 10th of each month until the final payment date.

Carnival's Cancellation policy:
The initial deposit of $50.00 per person is non-refundable due to administrative fees.
- Cancellation penalties apply to all guests in a stateroom and are assessed in the event of either partial or full stateroom cancellations.
- The system will keep the higher calculated penalty amount when the guest is cancelled.
- If the cruise is cancelled prior to final payment, a refund may be possible.
- However, no refund will be available in the event of interruption or cancellation by guests after the start of the cruise.

Carnival's Cruise Vacation Protection Plan (CVP) has already been included in the rate.
- With the CVP, a claim can be submitted by the guest if they are unable to sail.

Cancellation Fees Schedule:
- July 24, 2026 - $150.00 per person plus the cost of the CVP (Carnival Vacation Protection)
- August 13, 2026 - 50% per person
- September 8, 2026 - 75% per person
- September 23, 2026 - Full Penalty
- Accessibility/Mobility Cabins:
- We can book guests into wheelchair accessible or mobility accessible cabins (based on their specific needs).
- The guest will need to contact Cherie directly (after submitting their initial request via the booking link).
- Cherie will contact the appropriate department to book the specific stateroom needed.
- There are a limited number available per category, and that department will ensure the stateroom is fully deposited and booked.
- Health Concerns:
- Guests with health/medical concerns will need to make sure that that information is communicated via the booking link. Cherie will follow up if more clarity/information is needed.
- This link deals with guests with disabilities. Among the concerns listed are:
- Medical Care, Diabetes, Dialysis & Oxygen
- Guests with Mobility Limitations
- Guests with Dietary Needs
- And More
- Specific to dialysis, there is no nephrologist on board or medical personnel equipped to assist a guest should a medical emergency/crisis arise. However:
- If someone has been in treatment (and is stable) for at least 12 months, and the cruise is not more than 16 days (or 8 days for an Australian cruise), they can travel with their own hemodialysis equipment and self-administer.
- Please Note: If there is an issue (power, ship conditions, etc.), there is no backup or way to regulate equipment, and no guarantee that they can be serviced in port within the designated timeframe.
- If someone is on peritoneal dialysis and has all of their equipment, supplies, etc., they can sail, but again, need to be aware of the limitations as stated above.
- In both situations, a letter from the nephrologist stating that they are able to travel is needed. More details are in the link provided above.
- Also, please keep in mind that the mini-fridges/coolers are to keep beverages cool, but is not temperature controlled for specific parameters (e.g. if meds need to be maintained at a certain temp).
