Article 2:

Airline: Cherie’s World is not responsible for changes that are made by the airline to include schedule changes, baggage policies, or cancellations.  Client should refer to the airline website for the latest flight information.

Luggage: Baggage limits vary by airline. Please refer to the airline website to obtain specific baggage rules and regulations.

Security: Airport security is constantly changing. Please plan plenty of time to pass through security checkpoints at airport: 2 hours domestic flights, 3 + international flights.  These are the current security measures in place at most airports.

  • Reserve boarding areas for passengers only. Only ticketed passengers will be allowed to proceed past airport security to catch their flights.
  • Expect long delays at every point of entry - parking lots, airport entrance, ticket counters, security, and gates.
  • Prepare to be searched and have items confiscated if they appear remotely dangerous including nail clippers, razors and sewing kits.

Article 3:

Travel Documents: Travel to foreign countries requires U.S. citizens to carry proper proof of citizenship such as a valid passport or in some cases, a certified copy of a birth certificate, and a state issued photo ID, such as driver's license. Proof of citizenship requirement is the responsibility of the individual traveler.

Passports:  All passports must be valid for 6 months from return dates of travel. Failure to provide proper proof of citizenship documentation could result in denied boarding. Cherie’s World will not take responsibility for denied boarding and no refunds will be issued. If you are unsure of the proper documents, please ask your Travel Advisor. For additional government information on travel, please consult the following web page: www.travel.state.gov

Article 4:

Cancellations: Cancellation policies vary by travel supplier. Generally, the closer to departure that a trip is canceled, the larger the cancellation fee. Cancellation requests should be in writing prior to departure, but vary on a case-by-case basis. Length of time for refunds varies by supplier.  Some suppliers do not offer a cash back policy, but rather, give a travel voucher for future travel.  If you have questions regarding these policies, please inquire before accepting or declining travel insurance. Cherie’s World reserves the right to add a cancellation fee when necessary.

Travel Insurance: Cherie’s World strongly recommends that you purchase travel insurance for your protection. Purchasing travel protection can minimize monetary loss due to circumstances beyond your control as a traveler, such as: Changes or Cancellations, Baggage loss, trip delay, medical emergencies, etc.
