• Incidentals at the resort (a major credit card may be requested at check-in for incidentals)

• Environmental Sanitation Tax for all tourists will be imposed by the Mexican government as follows (not included in your package and subject to change without
  notice): Cancun hotels - $79.20 MXN per night/per room (Approximately $4 USD per room, per night).
• The state of Quintana Roo requires all foreign tourists to pay a tax of $244 MXN per person (Approx. $13USD per person, not included in the package and subject to change without notice). The payment can be made prior to travel, upon arrival or during the stay, as the tax will be imposed upon departure. Visitors will have the option to access http://visitax.gob.mx, where they will complete a brief questionnaire and make the payment.

• Deposit: $150.00 per person by December 9, 2025

• Second payment of 50% of total package due by April 10th, 2026

• Final Balance: Due by June 8, 2026

Cancellation Policy

• Initial deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Second deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable after April 10th, 2026

• After the final payment date, the trip is 100% non-refundable.

Modifications

• Changes requested after the group’s final payment date will incur a $100.00 per room fee (refundable if the request cannot be accommodated by the supplier).
