Pricing:
Pricing on quotes are applicable to the date and time at which
they are requested and are subject to change. Please note that per our supplier
contracts we cannot offer a breakdown of pricing.
Quotes in foreign currency are subject to fluctuations in
exchange rates and International credit card issuer fees. McKee Travel is not responsible for any increases due to fuel surcharges,
government imposed taxes/fees or supplier-imposed increases.
I
understand that discounted fares typically involve restrictions and that
changing any aspect of my travel arrangements may result in the payment of
additional money.
I
understand that airlines tickets, air tours or other products I am purchasing
are subject to supplemental price increases that may be imposed after the date
of purchase. Post-purchase price
increases may be applied due to additional costs imposed by the supplier or
government. I acknowledge that I may be
charged additional sums by McKee Travel
to offset increased fees, fuel surcharges, taxes, fluctuations in
foreign exchange markets or any combination thereof.
Professional Service Fees:
This fee ensures that McKee Travel is
paid for their time whether or not you finalize your booking with us. This
covers our time in consultation, research, pricing and support before, during
and post travel.
Payments:
McKee Travel has advised me to use a credit card as this may offer me the opportunity to
dispute the charge should a vendor cease operating.
Documentation:
Travel documentation appropriate for entry to your itinerary
destinations, such as passports, visas & inoculation certificates, remain
each traveler’s responsibility.
I understand that the Transportation Security Administration
(TSA) requires me to carry a government-issued identification card in order to
board a flight. I have been advised that
the name, date of birth and gender that appears on the identification card must
exactly match the same such data that is listed on my airline ticket and in my
booking records. I acknowledge that my
failure to strictly comply with these requirements may result in denied
boarding or an undue delay at an airport security checkpoint causing me to miss
my flight. I further acknowledge that beginning on October 1, 2021, I must
present a driver’s license or another form of identification that complies with
the requirements of the Federal Real ID Act (see www.dhs.gov/real-id for more information).
I understand that if traveling internationally, I must have a
valid passport and, depending upon my destination and nationality, I may need
to obtain one or more visas.
Valid passports are required for all international destinations.
If a passport is required to travel, the expiration date must be at least six
(6) months following the return date of the planned travel.
I understand that McKee Travel will
advise required documentation, and that travelers who do not meet advised
requirements will be denied boarding.
Each foreign country holds different views of past criminal
offenses - if you have a current or past offense, please contact that country
directly for entry and exit requirements.
Travelers with DWI or DUI records should check whether current
rules exclude admission to foreign destinations. McKee Travel
feels it is an invasion of privacy for members of our staff to
make such an inquiry and these requirements remain the traveler’s responsibility.
For further information, please visit the U.S. State Department web site:
travel.state.gov.
It is each traveler’s responsibility to make certain that they
have proper immunizations before travel - please see your health provider for
advice.
Travel Documents:
I will review my travel documents for accuracy upon receipt, and
I understand that I should contact McKee Travel immediately should I
have any questions.
Note to client: Passport and visa information may be
obtained by contacting the Travel Agent Section of the U.S. State
Department at 202.647.5225 or by visiting the State Department's Web site at
travel.state.gov. Non-U.S. passport holders should be sure to contact the
embassies of their destination and transit countries to obtain entrance
requirements. To obtain medical information, you may contact the Centers for
Disease Control at 404.332.4559 or visit the CDC's Web site at www.cdc.gov
Check-in
& Departure Responsibilities:
It is strongly recommended that
you check in at the airport a minimum of 2 hours prior to scheduled departure
for domestic flights and 3 hours prior to scheduled departure for international
flights.*
It is the traveler’s
responsibility to reconfirm flight times at least 24-72 hours prior to
scheduled flights. McKee Travel will not assume responsibility
for any air or schedule changes.
Certain countries require
departure taxes that require payment in cash.
*Recommended check in times are
subject to change without notification. It is the traveler’s responsibility to
remain abreast of changes in condition or airport rules that might require
earlier arrival times. This information can be found when entering your
confirmation number on the airline website.

is strongly recommended to protect your investment. Unless specifically noted,
travel insurance is not included in the cost of client’s itinerary.

Additional
Disclosure:
I understand that McKee Travel is not the source or supplier of the travel
services I have requested, and acts solely as an agent for the actual suppliers
of such services. I have been advised that the suppliers whose names appear in
the information supplied to me are those who are actually responsible for
providing the travel services I have purchased. I consent to and request the
use of those suppliers and agree not to hold McKee Travel responsible should any of these suppliers: 1) fail to
provide the travel services I have purchased; 2) fail to comply with any
applicable law; or 3) engage in any negligent act or omission that causes me
any sort of injury, damage, delay or inconvenience.
I accept that McKee Travel is not responsible for, nor will I attempt to hold it
liable for, any injury, damage or loss I may suffer on account of any
conditions, actions or omissions that are beyond its reasonable control.
I further understand and acknowledge that travel to many
parts of the world may involve the risk of a variety of hazards to my health
and/or safety, including but not limited to disease, crime, terrorism, and
warfare. Because each traveler’s risk tolerance is different, McKee Travel is not in a position to
advise me whether I should travel to any particular place at any particular
time. Rather, to assist me in making an informed decision, I should refer
to objective third-party sources of travel information, such as that maintained
by the U.S. Department of State (travel.state.gov).
I have read and accept the
Terms & Conditions McKee Travel terms & conditions on
behalf of myself and anyone in my party.
