Trip Research Fee: $30 (Nonrefundable)

This $30 fee isn’t just a charge — it’s an investment in a travel experience tailored just for you.

What It Covers:

• Initial Consultation – A personalized session to discuss your travel goals, must-haves, and budget.

• Destination Research – We identify ideal travel windows, cultural tips, and must-see highlights.

• Transportation Coordination – Assistance with flights, transfers, and local mobility options.

• Excursion & Reservation Management – From booking your excursions to dining reservations, we curate an itinerary with ease in mind.

Policy:
The $30 fee is nonrefundable and includes one detailed destination travel proposal with three options for that particular destination.  Up to ONE revision on a resort/hotel option will be allowed.  Additional trip/destination requests after this will require a new $30 research fee.
