Cancellation policy:

  • Cancellation
    • 60 days or more prior to departure - Loss of deposit ($250/person, or $50/person if before July12th)
    • 21 to 59 days prior to departure - Loss of 60% of trip total
    • 20 days or less before travel commences - 100% loss

Change policy:

  • Name change
    • Up to and including 90 days prior to departure $50 per name change
    • 60 to 89 days prior to departure $250 per name change
    • 59 to 21 days prior to departure $500 per name change
    • 20 days or less before travel no name changes allowed
 
  • Room category or occupancy change
    • Up to and including 90 days prior to departure $100 per person
    • 60 to 89 days prior to departure $250 per person 
    • 59 to 21 days prior to departure $500 per person
    • 20 days or less before travel no changes allowed

  • Enter number of Adults and number of Kids (please note if kids under 2 or teens are included the total displayed will be wrong and be automatically adjusted at time of booking) please refer to notes of each room category for teen pricing
