  • Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.
  • Prices are based on Double Occupancy.
  • Should you opt out of Travel insurance, you will sign a travel insurance waiver form to travel or proceed with the booking.
  • All of your payments to Bonvoyage Travels by Shayla are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
  • Final Payment is due by April 2, 2027. 
  • You must have your flight itinerary by APRIL 2, 2027.
  • Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your state issued/government issued identification.
  • Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
  • Monthly payments are required to keep your reservation current.
  • You MUST ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making monthly payments on time.
  • Ages to be considered an adult and to be lead passenger you have to be 21 years and older.
  • Name changes are allowed with a $45 name change fee that is to be paid before any changes are done.
  • Cancellations Deposits and payments are non refundable, unless you have vacation protection. Bonvoyage Travels by Shayla charge a $75 per person cancellation fee that is to be paid before any changes are done.
  • Late payment of $100 per person is required after 30-45 days of delinquency per month.
  • Bonvoyage Travels by Shayla MUST be approve all late payment requests before the final payment date on your account. 
  • Hotels selected are subject to change based on availability. We will advise in advance if it does change.

This payment is for the services described on the invoice. I understand that returns, refunds, and cancellations are at the discretion of Bonvoyage Travels By Shayla.
