ROOM OPTIONS
- You will have the choice of several different room options.
- The minimum night of stay is 3 nights.
- All guests who want to be part of the wedding and reception must book into the room block.
- You may choose single, double or triple occupancy for most rooms. Quad occupancy rooms are available IF guests include 3 adults plus 1 child under the age of 12. There are no rooms available for 4 adults.
- Some room types are adults only (these rooms are notated)
- Children 2-12 years of age at time of travel will have a reduced rate that will be adjusted on your invoice.
- Preferred Club rooms have additional amenities plus a dedicated preferred club pool, bars and restaurants for guests staying in these particular rooms only.

***You must have a passport to travel to Punta Cana.
If you do not already have an active passport, please apply as soon as possible so that your passport is available prior to travel. It is the traveler's responsibility to obtain a valid passport that has an expiration date 6 months after travel. (ex- your passport should have an expiration date of 10/22/2024 or greater)
Cancellation policy:
Any cancellations to your booked trip by December 1, 2023, will mean a forfeit of the deposit used to secure your booking. Any additional money paid will be refunded to the card(s) used to make payment towards your trip.
Any cancellations done after December 1, 2023, will cause client to lose a percentage of the cost paid at the discretion of the resort.
Cancellations with Insurance
You may cancel your vacation for any covered reason prior to departure and receive a refund for the full package price in the original form of payment less the insurance cost.

If your roommate cancels but you still intend to travel, your room will be repriced at the single occupancy rate listed above for that particular room. If your roommate cancels after December 1, 2023, the room will be repriced at the resorts current single occupancy rate. Keep in mind, the group block offered is LESS than the resorts regular rate.
