TRAVEL INSURANCE

Missing a vacation is bad enough, but losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse. Therefore, we strongly recommend Travel Protection, which helps provide coverage for Trip Cancellation, Interruption, Baggage Loss or Delay, Medical Expenses, and more.

Please take your time and research the best company for your personal preference. You can also Google additional options online by searching “travel insurance companies,” “travel insurance,” or “travel protection.”

If you prefer a referral, we recommend Allianz Insurance for reliable coverage.

 

TERMS & POLICIES

Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms & Conditions.

  • The deposit payment is non-refundable, non-transferable, and final upon receipt.
  • All payments to SC Luxe Travels for the Greece Experience are non-refundable, non-transferable, and final upon receipt. This is because SC Luxe Travels has contractual agreements with hotels/resorts and other vendors that do not allow us to obtain refunds. This policy helps us keep our package prices competitive and allows you to make monthly vacation payments.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice due to currency fluctuations.
 

PAYMENT TERMS

  • Monthly payments are required to keep your reservation current unless you make larger payments than required by your monthly payment plan.
  • Your invoice will clearly note your payment plan. We suggest adding this payment plan to your personal calendar.
  • You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.
 

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

  • Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents. Please check with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required.
  • Passports must be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. Some countries also require a full blank “VISA” page in the passport for stamping purposes.
  • Any information provided in the travel description pertains to U.S. citizens only. Non-U.S. citizens should check with the respective consulate(s) of the country(ies) to be visited for current entry requirements.
  • Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport.
 
 

LATE PAYMENT TERMS

  • A $150 late payment fee per person is required after the final due date listed on your payment plan. Late payment fees are automatically added to your reservation the day after your final due date.
  • If a reservation is canceled for any reason, no refunds or transfers will be issued.
  • All late payment requests must be submitted in writing and approved by management before the final payment deadline on your invoice.
  • A $20 late fee will be assessed for payments that are 15 days past due.
 
 

NAME CHANGES

  • Name changes are allowed with a $200 name change fee up until the final payment date. After the final payment date, a $250 name change fee will apply, along with any additional vendor fees.
