PAYMENT TERMS  

• A $50 non-refundable deposit per person is required to secure your spot  
• Monthly payments are required beginning June 15, 2026  
• All payments must be made on time according to the payment schedule  
• Final payment is due May 15, 2027  

• Payments are accepted via the approved payment methods provided  

⚠️ Late Payments:  
• A 5-day grace period is allowed after each due date  
• Payments more than 5 days late may result in removal from the trip and loss of all funds paid  

⚠️ Missed Payments:  
• If no payment is made for 30 days, your reservation may be canceled  
• All payments made will be forfeited  

All payments are applied toward your reserved room and are non-transferable

CANCELLATION POLICY  

• All payments, including deposits, are NON-REFUNDABLE  

• If you choose to cancel your trip for any reason, all funds paid will be forfeited  

• Name changes may be allowed if approved, but are not guaranteed and may be subject to fees  

• No-shows will result in full loss of all payments  

• It is strongly recommended that all guests purchase travel insurance to protect their investment  

By submitting your deposit, you acknowledge and agree to these terms

CHANGES & MODIFICATIONS  

• Changes to room type, occupancy, or travel details are subject to availability and may result in price changes  

• Any requested changes must be submitted in writing  

• Change fees may apply depending on the supplier and timing of the request

TRAVEL RESPONSIBILITY  

• Guests are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports and required travel documents  

• Passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond travel dates  

• Guests are responsible for arriving at the correct airport (Montego Bay - MBJ)  

• The host is not responsible for missed flights, delays, or travel interruptions  

• It is recommended to arrive within the group travel window to utilize included airport transportation

AGREEMENT  

By submitting your deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all booking terms, payment policies, and cancellation policies associated with this trip
