This payment is for the items described on the invoice. I understand that deposits that are made to Squire's Office Services LLC are non-refundable and all remaining payments that are made to Squire's Office Services LLC may be non-refundable. I certify that I am an authorized user of this credit card and that I will not dispute the payment with my credit card company, so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated on this invoice.
