Additional Information
- All passengers are required to have a valid passport good through November 30, 2025 in order to travel. For more information about getting or renewing your passport visit: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports/how-apply.html
- While you are free to choose your own flight, we suggest arriving in Puerto Vallarta no later than 3pm on your arrival day. This will allow you to get to the fun faster at the resort. However, no matter when you arrive, our transportation company will be there to pick you up. Your individual flight information will be collected at later date to arrange your transportation.
- We highly recommend the purchase of travel insurance. You can find information about different policies and coverage by clicking HERE.

Terms and Conditions
PAYMENT SCHEDULE:
$100/person deposit due at time of booking.
$350/person due by Friday, November 29, 2024
Final Payment due by Friday, February 7, 2025
This is the MANDATORY payment schedule, however, it is recommended that you make payments on a regular basis.
DEPOSIT: A deposit is due at the time of reservation. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. All reservations will require a deposit, and the amount due and the monthly payment plan will be provided on the invoice.
LATE PAYMENT: The payment scheduled is REQUIRED as indicated on the invoice. Late payments will incur a $50 fee two calendar days after the payment due date. If there is any outstanding balance by the Final Payment Due date listed on your invoice, a late fee of $100 will automatically be added to your invoice one day after your final payment date.
REFUNDS: All payments to Travel Legacy, Inc. are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because Travel Legacy, Inc. has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way, we can keep our package prices competitive and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation.
CANCELLATION: Once reservations have been made, cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Email your cancellation request to vadkins@travellegacyvacations.com
