There is a non-refundable/non-transferrable planning fee that covers 1 location-2 options (quotes) or 1 proposal. Services include flights, hotels, excursions, support before and during travel, and a custom itinerary (if needed).

• Domestic: $30

• International: $40

• Groups of 6-10: $50 (Domestic or International)
• Groups of 11+: $75 (Domestic or International)                                                                                                                                    

Proposal Information:

• Proposals will include 2 options (quotes) for 1 destination or 1 full proposal depending on your needs. 2 revisions of the given proposal are included, if needed, free of charge. Any revisions after is subject to a new planning fee. 
  • If you already know what resort/hotel you want to stay at in a specific destination, the quotation is FREE.  Click HERE  and fill out the inquiry form with the resort name listed. 
  • Repeat Clients! I appreciate you! You receive one FREE quotation for 4 people or less. Click  HERE
  • If a proposal is needed for multiple destinations, that will be a separate invoice/travel form. 
• Inquire/book a posted Vacation Package?  Click HERE  and list which package you're interested in at the bottom of the form. 
• Please respond to the proposal/quote given within 4 days.
• Pricing and availability is subject to change prior to deposit payment.

Booking Process:

1. Please select the appropriate fee that applies to your travel needs.

7. Once payment is made, a proposal will be created and aim to have it sent to your email within 2-5 business days. A consultation call may be made prior to receiving the proposal and you will be updated in the process!
