 While this is a group trip, you are not required to attend any scheduled/unscheduled group events. You are encouraged to mix and mingle with the other couples; however, this is also a time for you to unwind, relax, and connect with your partner. Because of this, I do not create a set itinerary for the group. There will be an evening mixer on arrival night and Dinner en Rouge on the last night. Between that time, group events will be scheduled, and you will be invited to participate at a nearer time. 

 

*Once your initial deposit is paid, remaining payments will be on the following schedule:

Final payment due October 31, 2025.

It is important that final payment is made on time to avoid cancelation of your trip. 

*Travel insurance is not required, but HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. It not only covers you for unforeseen circumstances, such as medical assistance during travel, trip interruption, and luggage loss, but it also covers you in the event that you need to cancel (up to 36hours prior to departure). Travel insurance MUST be secured at the time of booking. Should you not include it at time of booking, it will automatically be declined. Travel insurance does not cover the $200 non-refundable deposit. Should you choose to decline travel protection, you understand that in the event of cancellation, you risk losing any money paid towards your package. Please note, cancellation coverage within the policy will not cover non-refundable room rates, but will apply other protections ie medical assistance,  trip interruption, etc.
