  • Airline Tickets - Airline tickets are not included in the package price. Limitless Travel will work to secure a group air rate and will share booking details with the group once available, making it easy for everyone to book on the same itinerary. 
  • Travel Insurance - Travel insurance is not included but is strongly recommended to protect your investment in case of cancellations, delays, or medical emergencies. 
  • Visa Fees -Visa Fees (Optional Service Available) Visa fees are not included. If you prefer, Limitless Travel can handle your visa processing for you. You will not need to mail in your passport—simply provide a clear copy of the photo page of your passport with your personal details, and we will take care of the rest. 
  • Gratuities - Gratuities for tour guides, site guides, and drivers are not included and should be budgeted separately. 
  • Airport Departure Taxes - All airport departure taxes are not included. International departure taxes must be paid in USD, where applicable. 
 

Important Travel Notes

Passport Requirements
A valid passport is required for this trip. Your passport should be valid for at least 6 months beyond your return date and must have blank pages available for entry stamps.

Visa Requirements
Some travelers may require visas depending on their citizenship. Visa fees are not included; however, Limitless Travel offers optional visa processing assistance to make the process simple and stress-free.

Vaccination & Health Requirements

 Ghana – Yellow Fever (Required)

  • Proof of Yellow Fever vaccination is required for entry into Ghana.

  • Vaccination must be administered at least 10 days prior to arrival.

  • Travelers must carry their official International Certificate of Vaccination (Yellow Card).

 South Africa – Yellow Fever

  • Required only if traveling from or transiting through a country with Yellow Fever risk.

Recommended Vaccinations (Both Destinations)

The CDC recommends the following vaccinations for travelers to South Africa and Ghana:

  • Hepatitis A

  • Hepatitis B

  • Typhoid

  • Routine vaccinations (MMR, Tdap, Influenza, COVID-19)

  • Polio booster (especially recommended for West Africa travel)

Travelers should consult a licensed medical professional or travel clinic for personalized recommendations.

All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances, as deposits are used to secure hotel space, tours, and group arrangements.

Payments & Cancellations
Any payments made toward the trip are non-refundable unless you have purchased travel insurance and your reason for cancellation is covered under your policy.

For this reason, travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
