A valid passport is required for all passengers. If you need to apply for a passport, please visit the US Department of State website. Refunds will not be provided for expired or delayed passports or missed flights. For this trip, your passport should not expire before November 14, 2023.

Cancellation
All cancellation requests must be submitted to NOLA Travel Agency via reply email. Travel Protection options are included in this package and will provide a travel credit or full refund for payments made less the deposit that can be used within 11 months from the date of cancellation.
Double Occupancy
NOLA Travel Agency does not provide a roommate pairing service. You must have selected your travel companions to make reservations at the double occupancy rates.
