  • It is your responsibility to review the invoice upon receipt to ensure 100% accuracy. Please check thoroughly for any discrepancies or errors. Bohemia Wedding Travel is NOT responsible for errors, or any fees associated with necessary changes after 24 hours of receipt.
  • You must book within this room block to be included in the official wedding guest list for the resort.

Itinerary:

  • Wedding Day - Friday, October 9th, 2026

 

Due Dates:

  • May 10th, 2026 $300 deposit due to reserve a room.
  • May 15th, 2026 40% of total balance is due.
  • July 15th, 2026 Remaining balance is due.

 

Reminders:

To be considered a part of Alexa and JT’s Wedding Group, you must book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). The couple will incur a penalties fees for those that book outside the room block.
 
  1. Individual reservations booked outside the room block, may have to purchase a wedding guest pass to attend event(s).
  2. Secrets Maroma Resort is strictly 18+. Based on age at time of check-in.
  3. To participate in all of the wedding-related activities, you must stay at Secrets Maroma Resort as part of the wedding group.
  4. If the room you want has sold out, or if you would like to modify your length of stay, or upgrade your room to any category in the hotel, please contact hello@bohemiaweddingtravel.com for pricing and availability. Modifications to your room category are possible but response times from resorts can take weeks. It is recommended that you select your room category with accuracy.
  5. Specific buildings, adjacent rooms or room numbers are not guaranteed but may be requested at check-in.
  6. Some rooms with a partial ocean view from the patio/balcony may be categorized as Ocean View rooms.
  7. August 7th, 2026 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or shift the dates reserved.
 
 

Cancellation policy:

  • If you cancel your reservation before May 15th, 2026 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $300 per room booking fee already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. You can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date (maintaining the 3 night minimum).
  • Between May 15th, 2026 and June 15th, 2026 any reduction in room nights will result in a 20% per person penalty based on category cancelled.
  • Between June 15th, 2026 and July 15th, 2026 any reduction in room nights will result in a 40% per person penalty based on category cancelled.
  • If you cancel your reservation, no-show or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after July 15th, 2026, you are responsible for 100% of your room total.
 

A 3 night minimum is required.

If you have travel insurance you can file a claim for refunds based on their terms.

Secrets Maroma will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.

Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Secrets Maroma and has no governance of refund policies and other rules mandated by Secrets Maroma
