A: Not necessarily. Royal Caribbean strongly recommends that all guests travel with a valid passport. If a guest either misses the ship at its scheduled U.S. departure port and needs to travel outside the U.S. to meet the ship, or unexpectedly needs to depart the ship from a foreign port prior to the end of the cruise, a passport would be required to leave or re-enter the U.S. by air.
A: Please note that with the exception of Wine and Champagne, all guests are prohibited from bringing alcohol onboard our ships. If you purchase any alcohol at one of our ports of call or in our onboard shops, we will safely store your purchase(s), and either on the final night of the cruise or the morning of debarkation, it will be available for pick up in a designated area. On boarding day, guests may bring onboard two (2) 750 ml bottles of personal wine or champagne per stateroom in their carry-on luggage.
A: For Cruises Departing On or After September 5, 2022, From U.S. Homeports including San Juan, Puerto Rico with No Stops in Canada or Bermuda COVID-19 vaccination is not required for sailings departing from U.S. home ports, as long as they do not visit Canada or Bermuda. Royal Caribbean still strongly recommends that guests are fully vaccinated, if eligible, with the final dose administered at least 14 days before sailing.
