Sevyn 18 Travel Agency Services Agreement:

Sevyn 18 Travel Agency (S18) issues travel documents in the sole capacity as agent for the airline, tour company, cruise line or other supplier as indicated in the travel document, brochure, and correspondence or other communication.

As the agent of the supplier, S18 does not assume the responsibility for the cancellation or substitution or service by the supplier, financial default of the supplier, refunds or unused services to be provided by the supplier, or any obligation, service or monies not the specific responsibilities of S18.

Agency Disclosure Acceptance

I accept that  S18 IS not responsible for, nor will I attempt to hold it liable for any injury, damage or loss I may suffer for any conditions, actions or omissions that are beyond the reasonable control of S18.

S18 has advised me of its nonrefundable cancellation fee, the supplier’s refund charge and cancellation fees and penalties.

Travelers are advised to obtain appropriate travel insurance coverage against these risks. By embarking upon his/her travel, the traveler voluntarily assumes all risks involved in such travel, whether expected or unexpected. The traveler is hereby warned of the above risks as well as possible travel industry bankruptcies and medical and climatic disruptions, and the possibility traveler may be unable to travel as scheduled because of personal emergency. Travel cancellation/interruption insurance is available and highly recommended immediately after booking travel.
