- International flights from the U.S. to Athens, Greece are not included.
- If "Optional Pre-Cruise Package" is selected, LC's Great Escapes will send flight and hotel information no later than June 2027. Airport and cruise port transfers will be included.
- If you select the CRUISE ONLY PACKAGE, you are required to make your own flight arrangements, hotel accommodations and airport/cruise port transfers.
- When making your own flight arrangements, you should fly into Athens International Airport (ATH)

It is highly recommended that guests arrive at least one or two days before the cruise. If you choose to fly in on embarkation day, we recommend scheduling a flight that arrives in Athens no later than 10:00 AM to allow ample time for baggage claim, transportation to the Port of Piraeus, and any unexpected travel delays.

Under the Essential fare, all payments made to Virgin Voyages are non-refundable. Eligible cancellations will receive a non-transferable Future Voyage Credit (FVC) in accordance with Virgin Voyages' cancellation policy. Guests who purchase Virgin Voyages Voyage Protection may be eligible for reimbursement if they cancel for a covered reason and their insurance claim is approved.
