We’re excited to partner with a knowledgeable and reliable five-star scooter company to ensure you can get around in style and comfort! Their scooters are designed to keep you mobile at the hotel, and the Dollywood shuttles are equipped with ramps to transport you quickly with your scooter to the park. These innovative scooters feature hill-climbing capabilities and extended battery life to enhance your experience.

What is the best airport to fly into?
McGhee Tyson Airport in Knoxville, Tennessee, is the closest airport to Dollywood, located in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. It's less than an hour away and offers flights from various locations nationwide. Upon arrival, you can choose from rental cars, shuttles, taxis, or ride-sharing services to reach Pigeon Forge.

Which airlines operate flights to McGhee Tyson Airport?

Is there a shuttle from the airport to Dollywood?
No, but we are working with a shuttle company that will provide a service.  Once this is confirmed, we will share the information.

Is your event mobility-friendly?
Yes! The HeartSong Lodge, Dollywood Park, and our tours warmly welcome guests who need assistance, including those using canes, walkers, and travel scooters. Travel scooters weighing 60 lbs or less can be accommodated in the luggage compartments of the tour buses. At RST, we take pride in creating inclusive events and travel experiences for everyone! 

Are husbands welcome at this event?
Yes, family and friends over 18 are welcome to attend. This is a Royal Splendor fundraising event, and we encourage you to bring loved ones.

Do we have to sign up for the entire event?
Yes, registration is required for the entire event. 

Do we have to stay at the hotel that is offered?
We recommend you stay at the host hotel as we believe you'll have a better experience.

How many people can stay in a room?
The hotel provides rooms that can accommodate up to four people. Upon check-in, you can request the hotel to split the room rate evenly among all occupants.

I need a roommate. Can you help me find one?
Yes, we will help you find a roommate. Our combined efforts aim to match you with a suitable roommate successfully.

I want to register now, but I am still waiting to hear back from my friends who will be my roommate. Should I wait?
No, we recommend you sign up early due to our limited space.

I have food restrictions and allergies. Will you be able to accommodate my needs?
Please list your restrictions on the registration form, and we will arrange with the hotel chef to accommodate your dietary needs.

Will we have meals to choose from at a later date?
As we review registrations and work with the hotel's catering department, we want to ensure everyone has a beautiful dining experience. To help us create a menu that best meets your needs, please let us know about any food allergies you have

Will you have assigned seating at each meal?
Seating is arranged with ten people per table. Please specify your seating preferences on the registration form, and we will make every effort to accommodate your requests. 

How do I register for the event while on a tour or craft class?
We will provide your registration packet during the tour and at the start of the craft class, so you do not need to worry about registering separately.

What happens if I have signed up for a craft class and miss it?
That is not a problem. Your kit will be saved at the Royal Splendor Store.  All kits must be picked up before the Nashville Nights & Glamour Delights Dinner.  

What if I am unable to attend and have paid for my event?
Our event is non-refundable, but you can transfer your ticket.  Please notify RST before the transfer deadline of July 1, 2025, so we can make all the necessary changes.  We also offer travel insurance.

Event Cancellation Policy:
This event is non-refundable. However, tickets and hotel reservations can be transferred to another person. Transfers must be completed by July 1, 2025. Don't hesitate to get in touch with Royal Splendor Travel (RST) to arrange any changes as soon as possible.

Dollywood HeartSong Lodge and Resort Cancellation Policy:
RST will handle the hotel reservations and transfer the details to the hotel reservation department after receiving the final payment. All cancellation notices must be submitted in writing via email to travel@royalsplendortravel.com.
Cancellations are free until Thursday, September 25, 2025. You will lose the one-night deposit if a cancellation occurs after this date.
