Payment Schedule:
2nd Payment $150 due by October 20, 2025
After 2nd payment is made you will select your cabin room number/ type and receive your personal Carnival Booking # (we will also add your VIFP rewards number if requested)
3rd Payment $250 due by March 15, 2026
4th Payment remaining balance due by May 15, 2026

Itinerary
Day 1: Be at the ship port by 2p for checkin and onboarding process. Once you are settled on Carnival Sunshine, get ready for our Everybody's Family open bar meetup
Day 2: Fun day at sea is a time to enjoy all the activities, games, and bars on the ship. Take the day to use that onboard credit for something you enjoy.
Day 3: Visit Bimini, Bahamas, the northern part of the Bahamas that is known for the clear blue water and relaxing beaches. If you are feeling adventurous go Jet Skiing, watch the dolphins or swim with the pigs.
Day 4: Visit Grand Bahama Island, and explore the most adventurous water park newly built by Carnival on the island, known as Celebration Key. There's water fun for kids and an adult only beach club, plus more to explore.
Day 5: Another Fun Day at Sea that can be used for relaxing and recovering from 2 days out exploring the Bahamas.
Day 6: We arrive back to reality in Norfolk, VA at 8am and tell everyone about the time we had at Everybody's Family Groove City Trip.

Cancellation Policy & Important Information:
- Deposits: Initial $25 deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Cancellation Penalties are applied by Carnival Cruise Line after May 15, 2026 and vary in amount based on number of days to departure
- Final Payment Due: May 15, 2026. Failure to submit the final payment by this date will result in automatic cancellation of your reservation.

Terms and Conditions:
I. Payments. The deposit is required to secure your spot. All payments must be authorized by the deadline outlined in your invoice at 11:59 pm EST.II. Age Policy. Guests 17 years of age and under who are not accompanied by an adult in their traveling party, 21 years of age or older, must be clear of all public areas by 1:00am.

If it is necessary to cancel any or multiple ports, we will do our best to find alternative destinations. However, if we are unsuccessful in doing so, there will be no compensation for missed ports, beyond a refund of any pre-purchased Carnival shore excursions and the taxes, fees and port expenses paid for the cancelled port.If we are able to secure a replacement port, guests will receive a refund if there is any overage between the taxes, fees and port expenses of the cancelled and the replacement port. Should there be additional sea days, our entertainment team will be ready to make your time on board fun and memorable.VIII. Cheers & WIFI packages are Available. You will be able to add to your cruise once you have a booking #.VX. Cancellations.Once your booking is within our cancellation penalty period, the amount of penalty will increase as the cruise departure approaches.
- Keep in mind, if vacation protection is not added, customer has until final payment date to add. After that date, insurance cannot be added.
