What's not included:
- Airfare is NOT included and must be purchased directly from an airline of your choosing. The airport code in Punta Cana (PUJ).
- Terms & Conditions: Submitting a deposit and payments for this package signifies your acceptance of Picture Perfect Escapes LLC https://www.pictureperfectescapes.net/terms-and-conditions.
- Final Payment: Final payment must be received on or before the final payment due date. Failure to submit the final payment as required will result in an automatic cancellation of the entire reservation. Picture Perfect Escapes, LLC will not be held responsible for any loss of funds due to cancellation.
- Personal Experiences or any additional optional excursions
- You can also purchase supplier insurance that can be added to your package ( will cover room only)
Cancellation policy:
Cancellation must be received in writing. The following cancellation terms apply. No refunds are made for late cancellations, no-shows, or unused services during this trip. Travel delays, trip cancellations, trip interruptions, loss of property, and medical services will not be reimbursed and must be submitted to passenger's travel insurance for claims. Picture Perfect Escapes LLC is not held liable for any aforementioned incidents.
A $100.00 per person NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is due to secure your booking. Space is subject to availability and still has to be booked.
If cancellation notice is received after final payment, the following terms apply:
• Non-refundable resort rates
• If the number of individuals occupying a room decreases, the remaining travelers will be responsible for additional costs incurred as a result of a change in the per person occupancy rate
• Nonrefundable travel agent fees if applicable
• The cost of the travel protection plan
