FAQ: WHAT HOTEL DOES THIS PACKAGE INCLUDE: In order to ensure safety & that this group trip experience is exclusive to registered attendees hotel details and travel documents will be sent in electronic format no later than 30 days prior to departure.
Flights are not included and must be booked separately
Attendees should purchase:
-Roundtrip flights Bali, Indonesia (DPS)
-Flight costs vary by origin airport but start around $800 roundtrip
*Please allow minimum of 2 additional days for travel time
Terms & Conditions for What's Included:
By purchasing a trip from Darinka/The Dream Trip Planner, you acknowledge and are aware that it is your responsibility to have a valid passport for the entire duration of the trip (6 months validity recommended). Darinka/The Dream Trip Planner bear no responsibility for advising and/or obtaining required travel documentation for any guest, or for any delays, damages, and/or losses including missed portions of your vacation related to improper documentation or government decisions about entry.
What's not included:
- Flights. No flights are included. All flights must be booked on your own - Roundtrip to Bali, Indonesia (DPS).
- Tips, any personal expenses, food and drinks away from the resort.
- Optional Excursions.

Insurance. Travel insurance is not included, but is recommended and should be purchased on your own.
- Allianz offers a variety of affordable coverage options and should be purchased within 14 days of booking your trip. (You can add your flight to the policy later on, as long as it's within 14 days of purchasing your flight).
Terms & Conditions for What's NOT Included:
By purchasing a trip from Darinka/The Dream Trip Planner, you acknowledge and are aware that it is your responsibility to purchase anything not included in this trip. You understand that things not included are; any items and matters not referred to in the "included" section, including but not limited to, airfares to and from your destination air-related taxes and fees; additional fees charged by airlines such as checked and/or excess baggage, seat selections and any other services; passport and visa fees; insurance of all kinds; laundry; phone calls; optional excursions; and all items of a personal nature. Additional taxes and surcharges may be collected by foreign governmental and non-governmental entities.

Payment + Itinerary Terms & Conditions
ALL DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. No exceptions.
All late payments will incur an additional late fee charge of $10.
If full payment is not received by the due date of 11/07/2026 (see payment details), Darinka/The Dream Trip Planner, has the right to cancel your reservation. Your deposit and any previous payments will be forfeited. Darinka/The Dream Trip Planner will not be responsible for lost reservations.
Provided full payment has been received on time and registration completed, travel documents will be sent in electronic format no later than 30 days prior to departure. Upon receiving the full itinerary and hotel information, attendees are not to share this information with others. this is to ensure safety & that this group trip experience is exclusive to registered attendees.
By purchasing a trip from Darinka/The Dream Trip Planner you acknowledge and are aware that the trip details were curated with care and good faith, but are subject to change, due to unforeseen circumstances. Changes do not forfeit the contract between the purchaser and the seller. You also acknowledge and agree that there are inherent risks associated with any activities you may partake in. Therefore, you understand, agree, and assume full responsibility for such risk that you alone are responsible for based upon your decision to participate in such activities. There are no refunds.
Why travel insurance is important & REQUIRED:
Travel insurance/Trip Protection may cover non-refundable travel expenses for unforeseen circumstances (reasons that are covered as described in the policy).

Travel Insurance Terms & Conditions:
You are required to arrange comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances that may occur during the trip. Darinka/The Dream Trip Planner is not liable in any regard for your failure to adequately insure yourself, and you agree to indemnify and hold Darinka/The Dream Trip Planner, harmless for any expenses or delays incurred as a result of your failure to adequately insure yourself.
Cancellation policy:
In the event of cancellation, for any reason, no refunds will be issues by Darinka/The Dream Trip Planner. This is why insurance is REQUIRED, so that you are covered in the event that you need to cancel (for reasons as described in the policy you choose).
