WORKING WITH US:
  • When a client is interested in using our travel services, all clients will receive a client inquiry form that will assist us in creating the vacation of their dreams!  We ask questions that will help us get to know you and help us ensure we are creating a package that fit all your needs!
  • Once we receive the client inquiry form, we get to work!  We will curate a proposal for you with up to three options!  Generally, we focus on one destination but may include up to two destinations per proposal depending on the client wishes!
  • We ask our clients to give us up to 5 days to create amazing packages for them!  For groups of 10 rooms or more (10-20 guests), we ask clients to allow us up to 10 business days.  For larger groups, this timeframe may be extended due to inventory and how soon in advance you are seeking information regarding your group! 
FEES:
  • We charge a small non-refundable retainer fee of $25 per person, per booking to begin the travel planning process.  This help to ensure our clients are serious about utilizing our services.
  • For large groups (i.e. destination wedding), reach out to us at ebony@milehigh.travel for a custom quote!

Request of 1-5 Travelers: At least 3 Business Days for Initial Proposal
Request of 5-10 Travelers: At least 5 Business Days for Initial Proposal
