To ensure every itinerary is thoughtfully designed and tailored specifically to your needs, we charge a non-refundable research fee. This fee covers the time and expertise required to research destinations, compare pricing, verify availability, review travel requirements, and curate customized travel options that align with your preferences and budget. Unlike online booking platforms, our services provide personalized planning, insider knowledge, and dedicated support throughout the research process.
Once your completed form and research fee are received, we will begin crafting your travel options and deliver a personalized quote within 72 hours. Should you choose to move forward with booking, our ongoing support and guidance will continue through your travel experience.

Individual of 1-4 people: $50
Groups of 5-20 people: $100
Groups of 21-50 people: $200
Any group larger than 50 must contact you for a rate.
Inquiries will not be researched without payment of research fee. Travel will not be booked without deposit and/or payment of trip. If you decide to book with us, you will receive a separate communication and invoice to secure your booking. ALL PRICES AND DEPOSITS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE!

Terms & Conditions: Submitting a deposit and payments for this package signifies your acceptance of Boots Travels LLC's Terms & Conditions, Disclaimer Policy, and Privacy Policy. To see the full terms and conditions please visit www.bootstravel.net.
Payments: Payments will processed within 24-48 hours. A monthly schedule will be provided to you if you desire via invoice upon booking this trip. You must utilize the invoice to submit all payments if you do not select the Auto-Pay option.
Failure To Submit Payments: A non-refundable late payment fee of $50 will automatically be added to your reservation if a payment has not been received within 45 days of the intial deposit. If you should go more than 60 days (2 months) without submitting a payment or without discussing a payment arrangement with us, your reservation will be subject to a $100 fee.
Final Payment: Final payment must be received on or before the final payment due date. Failure to submit the final payment as required will result in an automatic cancellation of the entire reservation. Boots Travels LLC will not be held responsible for any loss of funds due to cancellation.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your reservation, all payments submitted to Boots Travels LLC will be non-refundable and non-transferrable without travel insurance. You are strongly encouraged to protect your travel investment by purchasing travel insurance.
Refunds: All payment to Boots Travels LLC is non-refundable and non-transferrable. This is because Boots Travels LLC has contractual agreements with our hotel, transportation, and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds.
Payment Disputes: The traveler agrees to not file a payment dispute or chargeback through their bank/financial institution and to instead utilize her travel insurance in the event that she can no longer attend the planned trip. Traveler agrees to not file a chargeback in violation of Boots Travels LLC's Refund Policy. In the event that a chargeback is requested and/or processed, Traveler agrees to repay Boots Travels LLC for the full amount and be responsible for any fees incurred in recouping payment, including attorney’s fees.
