TRAVEL NOTES:

  • Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents
  • Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport
  • Please note you should begin looking for flights 9 months before event. Some travel sites will allow you to set alerts to advise you when prices are dropping.
  • We strongly suggest to find a flight to get you into Miami, Florida one day before the cruise. 
  •  The airport code for Miami, Florida is MIA. 
  • Provided full payment is received no later than your final payment due date, travel documents, itineraries and travel instructions will be sent via email 30 days or earlier prior to travel. All documents will be sent via electronic mail.
  • It is the guests’ responsibility to notify Luxury Escape Travel of all email address changes.
  • Men are welcome to attend this event.

  • Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our terms and conditions.
  • Reservations must be made in your full name as it appears on your passport.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this low price to be locked in.
  • A valid passport is required. If you do not have a passport, please apply for a passport asap if you do not have a valid one..
  • Trip must be paid off 120 days before travel
  • You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely payments.
  • Once you make your reservations, you will receive booking confirmation
  • You are responsible to keep Luxury Escape Travel informed of email address changes as this is our primary way of communication

Deposits start at $180 per person and are NON-REFUNDABLE whether travel insurance is purchased or not

-All final payments are due no later than March 12, 2026

-  This form is to book only your hotel accommodations. Flights are separate and NOT INCLUDED. Room deposit must be PAID to secure your reservation and prices and room availability are subject to change until deposit is applied.

* Name changes are allowed with a $25 fee up until the final payment date 

* Payments must be made on time 

* There is a 3.5% credit card processing fee

* We will automatically send reminder emails to the participants:

  • 7 days before the due date
  • 3 days before the due date
  • on the day of the due date
  • "Late notice" 2 days after the due date

 Payment Option:

  • After your deposit is paid the remaining balance is due by the specified due date. A monthly payment plan will be generated once deposit have been paid and confirmation of booked trip has been received. 
Once your trip is confirmed, you will be invited to a private group chat where you will have full access to all trip updates leading up to departure and you will have a chance to get to get acquainted with the other travelers as well.
 
Cancellation policy:
 
Virgin Voyage's cancellation policy was created to provide a better experience for our Sailors. Here's what you need to know: 

- You have the most flexibility outside of 120 days prior to your voyage. If you're booking at this time, you have a 7-day grace period to request a full refund on your deposit and any other payments made. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.
- After the grace period (but still before the 120-day mark), you can receive a full refund on any payments, not including your deposit. For your deposit, you will receive Future Voyage Credit at this time.
- Between 119 and 45 days, any funds paid will be converted to Future Voyage Credit, good to use on any voyage 1 year from the original voyage start date. Sweet deal, huh? 
- Within 44 days of your voyage, all funds paid are final. But you do have the option to send a mate in your place up to 48 hours before your voyage, if you really can't sail.
