PASSPORTS & VISAS: Your passport must be valid at least until February 1, 2021 (It is your responsibility to check your passport to see if it’s valid for travel. As per TSA Guidelines your passport needs to be valid at least 6 months after the return date). A copy of your passport is due by March 15, 2020. All USA passport holders need a visa to travel to Ghana. Other nationals, please contact the office via email or check with the Ghana consulates. BAGGAGE: Only 2 pieces of luggage of 50 lbs. limit per piece is allowed free of charge. The hand baggage should not exceed 18 lbs. For further luggage policies look at the airlines’ website.
RESERVATIONS & PAYMENT: A non-refundable $500 deposit (credit card or bank transfer is accepted) is required during registration window open until March 15, 2020 to secure your spot on this tour. Additional one-time or installment payments may be made as elected or by request. Monthly payment options available. Any required deviations must be requested in writing before final payment deadline. $2800 is due by April 7, 2020 to guarantee all reservations. Non-payment or insufficient payment by April 7, 2020 will cause an automatic seat cancellation and may attract additional costs. Final payment is due no later than June 7, 2020 to avoid a $125 late payment fee. Discounts are available with early bird and super early bird bookings. Please fill out the registration form via link for the tour and submit preferred method of payment (bank transfer or online debit/credit card processing). Single room supplement is $935, mandatory for the participant that does not have a roommate. EUPHORIA TRAVEL ALLIANCE will try their best to pair you with a roommate, but if we are unable to find one for you 45 days before departure, you will need to pay the single supplement.

CANCELLATION & INSURANCE: Your cancellation can affect the size of the group and costs. For this reason we must charge cancellations fees: Up to 120 days prior to departure = Non-refundable deposit of $500. Between 119 – 45 days prior = Non-refundable deposit of $500 + cost of airline ticket; between 44 - 36 days prior to departure = Non-refundable deposit + a $375 fee + cost of airline ticket; 35 days up to departure date = 100% of the total cost of package + cost of airline ticket. Please note that traveller bears the additional cost of single supplement fees where their cancellation affects the accommodation of their roommate at the hotel(s). Only written cancellations will be considered. Name changes up to 100 days are acceptable for a $150 administrative fee. From 99 days until day of departure, name changes will be considered as a cancellation. We highly recommend obtaining travel insurance to cover the cancellation fees for medical reasons, as well as, medical expenses overseas, accidents, lost or damage of luggage, etc.
RESPONSIBILITY: EUPHORIA TRAVEL ALLIANCE and/or its agents only represent the passenger concerning the hotels, transportation (air, sea, or motorized) trips and other services, and it declares free of liability for any loss, damages or delays incurred by sickness, strikes, war, quarantine or any other cause out of control. We reserve the right to change/alter the itinerary, when it is in the interest of the group. In addition, the airlines utilized with connection to this tour, are not liable/responsible for any act, omission or event during the time that the passengers are not on board the airline equipment. EUPHORIA TRAVEL ALLIANCE does not assume responsibility for errors or omissions contained in the brochure. Price and taxes are guaranteed only upon receiving full payment and issuing airline tickets. Taxes may be increased by the airline due to increase in fuel cost until tickets are issued.
