Important Notes:

• The Wedding Day is:  Saturday, October 30, 2027 - Please arrive before this date. 
• There is a 3-night minimum required for the group block.
  • You can choose a longer length of stay, but note that bookings longer than 3 nights are not guaranteed, until your booking confirmation is sent. We will notify you if your chosen category doesn't have the longer length of stay available. Please wait to book your flight until we have sent your hotel confirmation. 
• You must book within this room block to be included in the official wedding guest list for the resort.
• Please enter your legal name(s) EXACTLY as it appears on your valid passport. Bohemia Wedding Travel is not liable if the information below is not entered correctly.
• Secrets Akumal Riviera Maya is strictly adults only (18+), with no exceptions. Based on age at time of check-in.
• August 18, 2027 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or adjust the dates reserved.

Payment Schedule:

• $300 non-refundable deposit is due per room at booking
• 2nd payment (40% of your room total) is due: June 5, 2027
• Remaining balance is due:  August 4, 2027

Cancellation Policy:

• If you cancel your reservation before June 5, 2027 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $300 per room booking fee, already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. You may reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date (maintaining the 3 night minimum).
• Between June 5, 2027 and August 4, 2027 any reductions or cancelled room nights will be charged 40% of your original room total.
• If you cancel your reservation, no-show, or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after August 4, 2027, you are responsible for 100% of your original room total.

If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on the insurance provider's terms.

Secrets Akumal Riviera Maya will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.

Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Secrets Akumal Riviera Maya and has no governance of their refund policies and other mandates.
