You have been cordially invited to the destination wedding of Adrianna Altstaetter and Sam Garner in Cancun, Mexico. Their wedding will be on Sunday, December 10, 2023, at the beautiful Dreams Vista Cancun Golf & Spa Resort. This is an All-Inclusive, family-friendly resort. 

 
Hello! I am Jenny Avery with Horizon Vacations, LLC.  Adrianna and Sam look forward to sharing their special day with you and have partnered with me to coordinate and arrange your travel for their wedding. To ensure there are rooms for all guests wanting to attend, we have a set of rooms specifically for the wedding guests at a reduced rate in hopes you can share on their special day.  The recommended travel dates are December 8-12, 2023. Rooms are on a first-come, first-serve basis. To receive the booking benefits and discount pricing the bride and groom offer, guests must book within the group through Horizon Vacations, LLC. To guarantee access to the wedding events, guests must book through Horizon Vacations, LLC.  **Pricing below is PER PERSON, based on the number of nights selected and the room option chosen.   **A minimum of 3 nights is required for group pricing. **A maximum of 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children per room are allowed. **All kids 17 and older are considered adults. Child rates may apply for ages 3-12 but are based on availability.

Room Deposit: $50 per person at the time of booking + trip insurance if selected
Final Payment Due: October 4, 2023
*You may also pay in full at the time of booking if you wish.
 
Submitting information via this reservation form DOES NOT automatically confirm your reservation or charge your credit card. After you submit this form, Horizon Vacations, LLC will process your payment with the supplier within 48 hours of submission.  After the payment has been successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email and invoice.

The initial deposit of $50 per person is refundable until October 4, 2023. Cancellation fees start on October 5, 2023:

  • Time of booking thru Oct 4: Refundable deposit
  • Oct 5-Nov 1: Cancel fee of $200/person applies
  • Nov 1-Travel Date: NON-REFUNDABLE
These may not include supplier fees such as airlines, tour operators, hotels, and transportation. Airline tickets are non-refundable/non-transferable once ticketed.
