INTEGRITY ELITE TRAVEL GROUP, LLC Travel Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction: This Agreement ("Agreement") establishes the terms and conditions between Integrity Elite Travel Group, LLC (referred to as "the Agency") and the individual signing this agreement ("you"). Please carefully review these terms before making any deposits, as they constitute a binding contract between the Agency and the Client at the time of booking.
2. Cancellation Policy: All initial deposits to the Agency are non-refundable. This policy is in adherence to contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, and vendors. Such agreements do not allow for refunds after contracts are signed, ensuring competitive package pricing, and facilitating monthly payment plans for vacation packages.
- The $250.00 initial deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE
- Cancellations made prior to February 28, 2025 will be entitled to a refund of payments made (not including the non-refundable deposit) based on the LeBlanc Spa Resort Cancellation and Guarantee Policies.

CANCELLATION POLICY
The non-refundable total amount of the reservation will be charged immediately to your credit card at the time of booking. This same credit card must be shown to the front desk attendant upon checking in, along with a picture ID. The name of the cardholder must be the same name on the reservation. If for any reason we are not able to complete the transaction, one of our reservation agents will be in touch with you by email to finalize the transaction. Please note that check-in time is 3pm and check-out is at 12pm.

- Please note that ALL CHARGES ARE MADE IN USD and that certain banks may apply fees for payments made in such currency. Neither Operadora Palace Resorts, being authorized to distribute and commercialize accommodation services of Palace Resorts, nor Palace Resorts themselves, shall be in any way liable for any such additional fees charged by banking or credit card institutions. We therefore recommend verifying such information with your bank.

- Please note that check-in time is 3 PM and check-out time is 12 PM.
- In an attempt to prevent cases of fraud, please note that the credit card used to make the reservation must be presented when checking in and that the cardholder must also be present. If this is not the case, any previous payment shall be deemed invalid and full payment for the reservation shall be charged at check-in.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Hotel Policies and Payment Procedures
- Free cancellation up until 4 days prior to arrival with no penalty. For cancellations, modification of travel dates made within 3 days of arrival, or no-shows, guests will be charged a one-night penalty.
Early Departure Policy
- For guests who check out prior to the check-out date on file, there will be a one-night penalty fee added to their bill.
- Where an early departure penalty is applied, the remaining balance will be reimbursed within 14-21 business days.
Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Baja California Sur, United Mexican States, without giving effect to any principles or legislation of conflicts of law, and you accept this by using this web site.
GUARANTEE POLICY
Important Information:
- The total amount will automatically be charged in full to the credit card provided 72 hours prior to your arrival. If you choose the All Inclusive Pay in Full & Save option, the full amount will be charged to your credit card in USD at the time of booking.

3. Transfers: Transfers post booking must be requested in writing by emailing integrityelitetravelgroup@gmail.com. Include your full name and the email address and full name of the person replacing you. If acknowledgment is not received within 48 hours, contact us at 925.303.0619 to confirm receipt.
4. Room Occupancy: Prices are based on Standard Room Double Occupancy. All occupants must be paid in full to complete the booking. If roommates opt out, the responsible party is liable for additional room costs.
5. Additional Group Travel Terms and Conditions Acceptance: By signing, you accept the following terms:
- Rooms are double occupancy unless stated otherwise; single, triple, and quad occupancy are at an additional cost.
- Roommates must confirm bookings within one week to avoid cancellation.
- Your trip is not finalized until all roommates are paid in full. If your roommate cancels or decides not to come, you will be responsible for the additional room costs.
- Failure to make final payment by the due date results in trip cancellation without a refund.
- Trips are non-refundable, but transferable with approval 60 days before the trip.
- The $250.00 initial deposit is non-refundable for any reason, including personal, illness, pandemics, weather, deployment, or Acts of God.
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover your investment in the event of an emergency requiring you to cancel. Inquire about pricing and policies.
- The Agency is not liable for acts of other parties, Acts of God, unsafe conditions, terrorism, health hazards, or suitability for disabled persons during the trip.
- Starting May 7, 2025, a REAL ID, passport, or passport card is required for domestic flights.
- Passports are required for ALL international travel and MUST have at least an additional six months of expiration post your travel dates.
6. Authorization and Payment: By signing, you authorize Integrity Elite Travel Group, LLC to charge the indicated credit card or bank account for the specified amount on the invoice. You acknowledge that returns, refunds, and cancellations are at the discretion of the Agency and certify your authorization as an authorized user.
