Research Fee Agreement

In order to perform the professional services required to design and arrange your travels, a $50.00 research fee for a solo traveler is required, $80 per 2 people, Group Travel for 10 people is $250, Group Travel for 20 or more people is $450. For groups this can be split per person. (Example: if there are 10 people going on a group trip the research fee is $25 per person which amounts to the $250.) $5.00 per child is required if there are children traveling as well. The fee is non- refundable. Vacation planning involves a great deal of time. Our work is based on years of personal experience and professional expertise. We research cruises, hotels, tours and activities to meet your specific needs, contact suppliers, coordinate transportation, draft itineraries and more. We provide itineraries; vacation plans and tailored travel arrangements that give travelers peace of mind and save time. We are also your agent before, during & 2 weeks after you return home.

Once Collier Travel has constructed your itinerary, you are free to shop it on the internet, or wherever you would like. If you choose not to book through us for any reason (decided not to go, booked elsewhere, etc.), then the fee will be retained by us as payment services rendered. The research fee is valid for 30 days (includes two destination change). Otherwise we will consider the request cancelled. If you reconvene anytime thereafter, a new research fee will be due. All itineraries will be emailed within 3-7 business days.

Research Fee Breakdown

Research fees are not applied to your balance.
Once the research fee is obtained and flight arrangements are secured, Collier Travel will:

1. Send flight itinerary information

2. Upload all travel documents to supplier

3. Check all parties in for flights

4. Communicate any travel changes via email or text (your preference)

5. Send a courtesy 24 hour before reminder with travel documents

Please note that the research fee is non-refundable and covers the cost of researching and planning your vacation. Once the research fee is paid, our team will begin working on creating a customized travel itinerary for you.

We kindly request that the research fee is paid by the specified deadline to ensure timely and efficient service. Once the payment is received, we will initiate the research process and keep you updated on the progress.

1.  We will not commence any planning until the research fee has been paid and we will not continue any planning if research fees are due.

2. Your quotes/proposals/itineraries cannot be released until this form is executed and returned.

3. I agree with the above terms and conditions and engage Collier Travel to research my vacation plans.

4. Furthermore, I understand a new research fee will be charged should I initiate any new requests after 30 days.
